  Never thought I'd be leaving a one star review as I've been coming to this location for 10+ years. However, not sure I'll ever come back now. Stopped by Speedee earlier in the week because my dashboard kept flashing "BRAKE" at me when braking. Asked for an oil change and for them to check the brakes. Speedee informed me that both the front and rear brakes needed to be replaced, at a cost of $489 / axle. I don't know a ton about cars, but still thought that seemed high. Went home and googled and still felt like it was high, so I decided to reach out to a few other places, including the Nissan dealership. The dealership quote was $275 / axle. Over $200 cheaper than Speedee. That was already shocking to me, but the real surprise came on Saturday when I went to the dealership to have my brakes replaced. I had a lot of work done on my car last December by the dealership and didn't remember everything that had been done. When I told Nissan that speedee said the rear brakes needed to be done they looked really surprised. Turns out I did them on December 2025. Eight months before Speedee told me they needed to be replaced. Nissan checked them over before starting any work and confirmed that they were far from needing to be replaced and were still 6 mm in thickness. I'm so disgusted with Speedee. I was already kind of over it with the price difference, but the straight out lie about the brakes is the kicker. Not planning on returning. However, can't recommend Anchor Nissan / Subaru enough.

  SpeeDee is always good. This was really good though. Took our daughter’s car in for tires, prepared to buy 4. SpeeDee said she only needed 2, the rears would pass inspection and be safe for a significant time after. Saved us over $400. Honest group that does good work. It’s the only place we’ll go.

  I always go to Speedee for my oil changes and service is efficient and friendly. I’d like to acknowledge Antonio’s amazing customer service, while waiting for my car I’ve seen countless interactions that are so thoughtful and positive. All the guys there are great and never seem stressed or overwhelmed even when busy!

  Disappointed with the Quality of Service – Verify Everything Before You Leave I paid $118 for a full synthetic oil change, expecting the quality of service that was advertised. The receipt lists the following as included: ❌ Check & Top Off Windshield Washer Fluid. The reservoir was essentially empty after the service and was only filled after I pointed it out and argued with the staff. ❌ Check & Top Off Radiator Coolant – NOT DONE. The radiator itself was full, but the coolant overflow reservoir was empty. Since the advertised service includes checking and topping off radiator coolant, I expected the overflow reservoir to be filled or, at minimum, to be informed that it was empty. (Absolutely empty and checked even with a dip stick) ❌ Windshield Cleaning – NOT DONE. The windshield was not cleaned. ❓ Battery Health Check – No report or results provided. ❓ Transmission Fluid Check – No report or results provided. ❓ Power Steering Fluid Check – No report or results provided. ❓ Air Filter Inspection – No report or results provided. ❓ Cabin Air Filter Inspection – No report or results provided. ❓ Wiper Blade Inspection – No report or results provided. ❓ Tire Pressure Check – No report or results provided. ❓ Belts & Hoses Inspection – No report or results provided. ❓ Exterior Lights Check – No report or results provided. ❓ Chassis Lubrication (where applicable) – No confirmation provided. After the technician told me the service was complete, I had to ask whether the advertised inspection had actually been performed because I was given no printed inspection report, no checklist, and no verbal explanation of any findings or recommendations. When I started checking the vehicle myself, I immediately found items that were supposed to be included but clearly had not been completed. That made me question whether the rest of the advertised inspection was actually performed. For $118, I expect more than just an oil change. I expect the advertised inspection to be completed, documented, and explained to the customer. My advice to other customers: Before leaving, verify your fluid levels, inspect the work yourself, and ask for a completed inspection report showing the results of every advertised check. Don’t assume everything on the receipt was actually done.
