- ADAnnie Davidson3 days ago5.0I had such a great experience at Valvoline, and I especially want to recognize Dianna! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I’ll admit I was a little embarrassed about the condition of my oil and how long I had gone without an oil change, but she never once made me feel stupid, judged, or uncomfortable about it. She explained everything to me in a way that was helpful and reassuring without talking down to me at all. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating going somewhere for car maintenance when you don’t know a ton about cars, so having another woman there who was so knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely helpful made such a difference. Dianna made me feel comfortable, taken care of, and like I could actually ask questions without feeling embarrassed. She truly turned what I was expecting to be a stressful experience into such a positive one. I’m so appreciative of how she treated me and will absolutely be coming back. Thank you, Dianna!! 😊

They always take their time to explain what’s recommended and why. My positive review is long overdue, but the care from Thomas, Eli, and Mike were so good I simply couldn’t wait any longer. Thomas told me his motto is to make sure everyone leaves Valvoline having learned something new about their car. Thomas and this team have my votes for employees of the month, a bonus, or lunch or something!
