  Purchased a certified pre~owned Volvo C40 from Tasca. I flew in from eastern PA to pick up the car. In the process, Cannon was very courteous and answered all my questions. Andrew in financials had all the paperwork ready at my arrival. This was a very easy process for me. I thank the entire team at Tasca for making this an enjoyable experience.

  This is my second experience with tasca Volvo. First time I needed a TPSM replaced in one of my tires which they did do correctly. I also asked if they could get me a set of keys for my roof rack. When I arrived, there was no key for the roof rack and they said they didn’t know what I was talking about. I would still give them a 4/5 for that as the work they did do was well correct. Recently, within the last month I had my Volvo towed with a suspected blown engine. I dropped it off after hours and was waiting for a call the next days with the news. Never received a call, only a text with an invoice for 16k dollars for a new engine. I guess that’s how I found out my engine was blown. I called them and explained I wasn’t going to move ahead with the engine repair and that I’d likely have the car towed back to CT. They made sure I was reminded I still needed to pay the diagnostic fee, and offered no other words. No “I’m sorry, I know this is tough”, or “would you like to talk about another vehicle, we could help get this car sold to a junk yard”, nothing. When I came to pick up the car, it was the same. Missed opportunities, unhelpful staff, I won’t be coming back.

  Kaitlyn was very communicative and when the service was going to take longer than expected due to needing new front brakes she got me a loaner car so I didn’t have to wait.

  Harrison was amazing. Very down to earth and accommodating when we test drove numerous cars in the search for “the one”. Andrew in finance is the best! Thanks to him for recommending the all electric Volvo and making a financing of 2 cars a breeze. Can’t forget Orlando; his patience with us and no games in pricing was a breath of fresh air.

  Purchased a 2023 Volvo S60 Plus dark theme and I had a good experience with Tasca in Cranston, RI. The sales person, Tania, was very helpful and accommodating. We had a couple of issues in the delivery process and one infotainment system issue but both were solved within a couple of days. Their software technician, Tom, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to resolve the system problem quickly while I waited.
