False advertising. Advertised location does not exist. Penske's website advertises a Rhode Island rental location that does not actually exist as represented. Customers are directed to this location and then redirected elsewhere. This raises legitimate concerns regarding false advertising and potentially deceptive or bait-and-switch practices under Rhode Island law. When I raised the issue, branch manager Nick took over the call. He was dismissive of the concern, appeared annoyed that I questioned the inaccurate information, and made no effort to address it. When I asked to speak with someone else regarding the false listing, Nick hung up on me. Penske should correct its website and address the conduct of its management.

Rented a 12 foot truck for 3 hours. They charged me $210 bucks for 60 miles, GO TO UHUAL or anywhere else these guys are ripoffs barely drove the thing. Will never come back here again. Ontop of waiting at the desk for 30 minutes with no one there. This place is a joke i hope this location shuts down truly.

They took almost whole hr telling me my truck will be pulled up shortly and ignored me every time I asked where it will be. They would walk in the back and just hide out. Trash place trash manager. She don’t bother to help at all
