  I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise! I rented a Chrysler Pacifica for two weeks while my truck was being repaired after an accident and absolutely loved it—it was comfortable, spacious, and a pleasure to drive. The service from start to finish was excellent, and the manager truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find this level of genuine customer care. I would absolutely rent from Enterprise again and highly recommend them!

  Recently tried to rent an 8-passenger SUV to drive around some guests from Japan and their staff - but ended up having a really unfortunate technical issue which meant we needed to try to switch vehicles. Unfortunately, there was no available vehicle of the same size class. This situation was made worse by the really poor quality of the "roadside assistance" on the phone - they were worse than useless and cost us hours more of additional wasted time and stress. However - note the five stars. The crew at this Atwood Cranston Enterprise almost made up for the whole mess by their absolute textbook professionalism and patience. I'd like to especially recognize Tiara who was soooo great and seemingly genuinely understanding and sympathetic to our plight. I was pretty disappointed by the key aspects of this mess, but the service I received from this branch will keep me an Enterprise customer. Thank you, Tiara.

  Enterprise car rental gets 5 stars. The two gentlemen, I dealt with a very patient and very thorough and explaining the rental procedure and the return procedure. And the car I had was beautiful And clean is a whistle.

  The staff was very helpful with my rental experience. They were very understanding when I need the rental longer than expected because my truck was still in the auto body shop

  I could not recommend the Cranston, Rhode Island Enterprise location enough. Their customer service is the best in the country, and I’ve rented cars and trucks from Enterprise all over the United States. This team set the bar for customer service. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. Tiara was a tremendous help ensuring our experience was as smooth as possible.
