Had a positive experience at this location. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and courteous. Tiara, the branch manager was particularly helpful. This location is run very well under her watch. I very much appreciate Tiara’s patience with me answering my many questions and concerns. All at this location along with my very clean and well running rental vehicle were all fantastic. Thank You

Cannot say enough good things about this place Tiara was more then accommodating for me and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s only been here 3 months at this location and is currently training an entire new staff. Even with Al that goin on she had a great personality and composure. 10/10
This is the best Enterprise location I’ve been to! The whole team is amazing. Shoutout to Tiara, Nani, and Santi for always making my experience a good one.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Only one car available when I went to pick up my rental. Other customers being dropped off were being turned away as there was nothing available. At this point I wished I had been one of those customers turned away. Now being charged for “damages” that were not there when the car was dropped off. The charges assessed to my account were charged without explanation or any type of warning/communication. When reached out to location the woman stated that I had been called twice. I have no such record of any calls. I have reached out to enterprises customer service line and gotten multiple different answers as to why I was charged. This is shady to say the least. If damage occurred it was to no fault of my own. Regardless, a simple call to let me know almost $500 would be removed from my account would have been nice. Enterprise will probably have fake explanation for their incompetencies doing on of the most simple jobs in the world.

I’m writing this review to recognize Santi, the manager of the Cranston, RI location. Coming from a customer service background, I know how hard it is to turn what could have been a bad customer experience into a genuinely good one, and he did exactly that. There were a few issues at the start of my experience, but instead of letting them define the situation, Santi went above and beyond to make things right. He worked hard to get me into the car I wanted and on the road quickly, and his follow-up calls during and after my rental really showed that he cared about making sure I was satisfied. What could have ended as a frustrating experience turned into a very positive one because of his professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to great service. I will definitely be a return customer.
