  I John Killian. Had a really good experience with the AutoZone company. It started in the OnleyvillebStirr where kind Carolina went the extra step to locate the part and attempt to confirm physical possession in inventory at her sister store.. @autozone ; nearby and support me on how to get there while driving; then when I arrived here on Cranston Street; the very handsome young lady had the part already upfront and then it fit right in quickly in the clean and safe lot..and I'm very happy so now I have a window now I have to work on the other side that I messed up. Tuve una experiencia realmente buena con AutoZone. Todo comenzó en la tienda de Olneyville, donde la amable Carolina hizo un esfuerzo adicional para localizar la pieza y tratar de confirmar su existencia en el inventario de una tienda cercana, además de indicarme cómo llegar mientras conducía. Luego, al llegar a la sucursal de Cranston Street, la joven —que es muy guapa— ya tenía la pieza lista en el mostrador; la instalé rápidamente en su estacionamiento, que estaba limpio y seguro.   Commercial closes way earlier than supposed to I tried to get parts I call ahead and told them I’m on the way got here at 5:10 and waited around till 5:36 when someone finally came up to me and told me commercial was close that’s very inconvenient especially since I’m working on a customers car

  Very accommodating! Online information says store opens at 7 but sign at store says 7:30. We arrived at 7:05 and explained that I was traveling out of state last minute and needed an air filter. The lady said she understood and opened the store early just to insure we could get our part to travel safely. Great customer service. They went above and beyond.

  I went in to find a starter for my car. I asked the gentleman for help. He proceeds to tell me the store only has one starter and it’s way more expensive than the one I was looking for. So I agree, exit the store, do research and call. Now that I call they have starter that was almost half the price! I go back in 10 mins later to have the First Gentleman that helped me say he doesn’t know why he didn’t see it or tried to act like he didn’t know what was going on. I understand you get bucks or points for customers spending money. All I needed was a starter. You could’ve tried to get those people who fixes cars for fun. Long story short he lied and I caught him in it I won’t be here again
