- KDk dJun 15, 20261.0On previous visit VIOC employees spilled diesel in my engine compartment while changing fuel filter. I spent a considerable amount of time getting it cleaned. Employee stated their policy was to not clean spills. On this visit I specifically asked them to be very careful and told them about what had happened before. After I got home I realized they had done it again. Fuel soaked the wiring, hoses, filter housing and front differential. I spent about an hour cleaning it. Diesel does not only smell but can damage these parts. I WILL NOT be returning to this store. I have been going here for 13 years and the service and employee performance has declined, especially the last 2 years. I appreciate the Military Discount but that is not enough to keep me coming back.
