    Came into this store for a check engine scan on Saturday, was very busy but I was patient. The staff was very helpful although it did take awhile. Special thank you to Alex who was very helpful! I feel sorry for people like Andy C. who reviewed below. Saw this customer and he was very rude and impatient! Maybe you should go somewhere where they can work with your time! Thank you again guys!

    I've come to this AutoZone dozens of times. It's your typical AutoZone experience: staff knows how to look things up on the computer and get you the part that the computer tells them to. Went in last week because the check engine light was on and the obd reader told them it was an evap purge valve, nothing else. Bought the part, installed it and the cel came back on a yesterday. Googled other possible fixes and the first search result said it was most likely a gas cap. Went in to get the gas cap and waited 20 minutes in line before the assistant manager told me he could sell me the part, but another employee would be out to run the scanner and reset the cel. Waited outside for another 10 minutes before I went back in to ask what was up. He made eye contact and then looked away. Asked him what the deal was and he said he'd send someone out. Went outside again and waited for another 10 minutes. Finally an employee came out, but he got in his car and left... must have been his end of shift. Then, and I'm not joking you, the same assistant manager I was dealing with came outside and walked to his car and drove away too. I'm absolutely done with this place. I drove over to O'Reilly's.

    Well if you're ordering online I hope you're not in a hurry. Everytime I order from here my parts are always never on time. Just be patient & wait a few days to a week for your order. Although it does help to sell when you promise things next day or a few days. To bad they don't hold themselves to it, they just blame the shipper!
