  Everyone at Camping World Wood Village was incredible to work with from start to finish, including our salesperson Chris, and the finance manager we worked with, Q. I wish I could remember the name of the awesome guy that did the detailed walkthrough of our 2014 Shockwave MX with us, because he was really great too, and left no stone unturned to make sure we were confident everything worked exactly as it should, and answered any questions we had. This is our second trailer from Camping World, and when we decided we wanted to buy a used toy hauler we knew that they would make sure we were purchasing a quality trailer, that wouldn't end up being a project. They even ordered a replacement igniter switch for our oven at no cost to us, and made sure it would arrive in time for our annual trip to the Mojave Desert. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience, and can't recommend this location enough. Many thanks to the whole crew for their support.

  Great experience with our RV repair at Camping World. Rhonda stayed in touch and gave us lots of appointment options. She was super accommodating with us living out of town too. But the star of the show was Matt Christianson, who worked hard to not only save us money finding us a used awning arm, he made sure to get our camper back fast during fire season when we really need our RV. Many thanks. We will be back with future repair needs.

  We had a great experience at Camping World and wanted to give a shout-out to a few team members who made it memorable. Our sales rep, Michael Blocker, was fantastic from start to finish — knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel rushed while we figured out the right 5th wheel for our family. He made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free. We also want to recognize the hitch installation team (we apologize we didn't get their names!) for phenomenal support and education as we made the switch from a bumper pull to a 5th wheel. They took the time to make sure we felt completely comfortable with the new setup before we drove off — walking us through everything and answering all our questions patiently. The short interaction with the service department and the detailed walk through by Kenny was truly appreciated. Finally we want to give special thank-you to David Miller for exceptional customer service — it really felt like he took the time to get to know us and understand what we needed rather than just processing another sale. Thanks to this team, we left feeling confident in our purchase and genuinely appreciated. Highly recommend asking for Michael and David, and giving a shout out to that the hitch team is fantastic too, if you stop by the Wood Village location!

  I really Enjoyed Kenny. Who goes over how the trailer works and educated you on all the features. Smart guy. Patient and very friendly. The sales team is ROUGGHHH to deal with. I inquired about a trailer I wanted to see. The salesman told me I could leave a deposit and come see it when I had time. I arrived on time for the appointment- no salesman. Kenny gave me a tour. Then I was handed over to the finance guy- I was very clear I wanted to "see" the trailer. When I told the salesman I really like the trailer, and it's worth my husband coming after work to make a decision, I asked if they can hold it one more day and he said "Well it doesn't sounds like I have choice, I'm not listing it for one day." I had another rude comment through text with the sales guy who never showed up. I'm over it- I was cash in hand and was also told my ghost saleman "cash is not king".

  Overall, our experience with Camping World was positive. The dealership staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the purchase. Michael and Tyler made the buying experience enjoyable, and I appreciate the time they spent answering questions and making us feel comfortable with our purchase. One suggestion I would make is to ease up on the on the spot insurance verification requirements. We were nearly to the point of walking away from the deal because of it. Our insurance company allows 14 days to transfer coverage after trading in a vehicle, so the extra pressure felt unnecessary. Had it been pushed any further, we likely would have left. Unfortunately, our excitement about the new RV was short lived. Within hours of leaving the dealership and after the three hour drive home, we began experiencing multiple electrical issues. Everything functioned properly during the walkthrough, so this was both unexpected and disappointing. While these problems are a reflection of the manufacturer's product quality rather than the dealership, it's still frustrating to encounter significant issues immediately after purchasing a brand new RV. Our experience with VIP Customer Service has not been very helpful so far. In addition, Sam's Club tech support refused to assist because I wasn't a Sam's Club member, despite having just purchased a new RV from Camping World that included their equipment. That was disappointing. I do want to recognize Renee, the Service Manager, who has stepped in and has been working to help us sort everything out. Her willingness to assist has been appreciated and has made a difficult situation easier to navigate. Overall, I would recommend Camping World based on the professionalism of the dealership staff, particularly Michael, Tyler, and Renee. My disappointment is with the initial quality of the RV and the support experience after the sale, not with the people at the dealership.
