- ZZZ. C. (Zach)Sep 26, 20261.0Enterprise constantly proves that it is the worst rental business to work with. They never call you when they're going to charge your card, they did not go over fees with me when I needed my rental after a car accident, and they never followed up after I turned in the vehicle to see how the overall experience was. I would've never chosen the vehicle that I was given if I knew how much it was going to cost me at the end of the month. Astronomical fees for renting a small electric car. I can't imagine the price if you would need a larger vehicle. 0/5 stars.

- NMNatalie MerwinAug 20, 20265.0Best enterprise location around! Andy the manager is a true delight, went above and beyond and was incredibly helpful. With my personal car unexpectedly in the shop for a week Andy made sure I got a car I was happy with. Easy breezy experience and will definitely rent from here again!
- TITamara IversonAug 19, 20265.0The customer service at this location is so kind, patient and flexible. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I really really appreciate them. Thanks guys!
- LClori camachoAug 18, 20264.0Quick interaction with Enterprise staff of 1 employee on a Saturday a.m. in Wilsonville, OR. Friendly and fast car return service, but the facility is small and their location is semi-difficult to find if you blink (or don’t use maps). Enterprise in Wilsonville shares an area and a sign with a couple of other businesses, and is located near Al’s Garden Center in case you miss the turn-in. I didn’t find any rentals at the Wilsonville or Salem locations under $70 per day, not including rental fees and insurance. Do plan ahead, and look for cheaper, 3rd party rental car insurance, or check if your own insurance or credit card company has discounted rates on vehicle rentals. Safe travels!
