I always take my wife's car here and they are the best! They are quick and efficient and not pushy about adding on additional services! Truly a breeze when it comes to getting in and out. Highly recommend!! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have had a military discount for over 30 years there and the last few times I have not been given the discount automatically. I have either had to ask for it or afterwards when the email invoice comes call customer service. Someone is not paying attention to my account, it should be easy math. But it keeps happening.

First time customer. Service was fine. Pricing and discounts were rather confusing. My credit card was processed before you provided me a detailed invoice as I requested. I can't see your pricing online nor can I see what discount I am entitled to including multiple services discount.

West Linn Valvoline is great. They were short staffed with only two techs but were able to communicate with myself and other costumers and move through a busy rush efficiently. Props to Cody and the V Team today!

I don't usually do this, but I'm absolutely shocked at the level of dishonesty at this location. I've been going to Valvoline pretty much as long as I've had vehicles, and my experience with this location has completely ruined the franchise for me. I was told that my car needed a service ($) because they had checked my CarFax and there was no record of that service being done. This is a recently purchased car. I trusted their expertise, and I had a copy of the CarFax that I knew was up to date, but had left at home with my files, so I trusted their word only to find out that the service was not only not due, but was near the very TOP of recent services. Any glance at a CarFax would confirm this has been done recently. I tried to reach out to their team and was promised a call back with no follow-up. Their manager was rude to my spouse about the whole issue, and is denying our request for a refund of the service that we were told was needed according to a document that was apparently never checked. I've tried to reach their team multiple times with promises for follow ups and fixing this issue, but they don't follow through. Don't trust what they tell you you need without a second opinion, I guess. Or, better yet, go anywhere else where there's more accountability and expertise.
