  These guys are amazing. I had gone to the Oregon City Valvoline place and they said they couldn’t change my oil because the plug in the oil pan was weird so I called these people and told them the situation and could they help me. I went over this afternoon and not only were they extremely helpful, but they fixed my oil pan so it had a new plug so no more worries about changing my oil at all. They were all so knowledgeable and I definitely will get my oil changed there from now on.

  Came here after having a terrible experience at the Oregon city location, long wait times, rude techs, etc. But when I came to the west linn location the workers were so nice and informative. They got us out in less than 30 min and the technician Maddy was amazing and helpful! Will be coming back here for oil changes from now on!

  I stopped by West Linn Valvoline this morning after I had my oil changed at another location in town, Enterprise. Enterprise told me my transmission fluid was very dirty and needed to be changed. I paid them $200 to change it at 30k miles. I currently have 47k on my car. When I asked the attendant if that seemed odd, he said, “well, it could be because it isn’t being driven.” I drive my car the normal amount and it is parked in a garage. I felt off about the exchange and went to Valvoline for a second opinion. My transmission fluid looked brand new (as opposed to the gray flaky fluid Enterprise showed me), and the gentleman at Valvoline said unless something is off, they prefer sticking to manufacturer recommendations on changing fluid, etc. I appreciated the time and information Valvoline provided, free of charge. Just a heads up for anyone in town.

  The services I had done were as follows. 1. Oil changee 2. Transmission 3. radiator 4 cabin filter 5. Windshield wipers. 6 ture pressure check. 7. Windshield washer fluid topped off. Everyone was very polite. They asked what I needed, they also showed me on their computer the recommended service for the milage on my car. They performed a check on my headlights , blinkers, break lights and backup lights. After service was performed they performed a safety check on my services to make sure all worked properly . I highly recommend this service station ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  This is usually my go to spot for getting my oil changed & after today’s visit, i’ll continue giving them my business! Every time I come through, the valvoline crew is very kind and does an amazing job of explaining everything they’re doing. Today in particular I had Cody, Kevin and Evan helping me out. They were super kind, explained everything in full, even recommended some extra services that my car needed. They did not pressure me into buying any additional services which I appreciated! Kevin and Cody even chatted with me at my window about my day and how I was doing. It’s the little things that make a place stand out. The guys even ensured that fluids were up to their standards before allowing me to leave the bay. This is such a wonderful crew of guys and they deserve a kudos, thanks Kevin, Cody & Evan!
