Oil Change Service Station
Enterprise Instant oil change is found here in the Willamette Valley. It was found by Alonso Ramos and Reynaldo Peralta who met while working together at a franchisee automobile maintenance Center. During our journey we became frustrated with limited opportunities within the Franchise structure. we had a dream of one day launching a business of our own, and this is how Enterprise Instant Oil Change became a reality.

- CSCara SweeneyMay 4, 20261.0I had my oil changed Enterprise last week… they told me my transmission fluid was very dirty and needed to be changed. I paid them $200 to change it at 30k miles. I currently have 47k on my car. When I asked the attendant if that seemed odd, he said, “well, it could be because it isn’t being driven.” I drive my car the normal amount and it is parked in a garage. I felt off about the exchange and went to another shop for a second opinion. My transmission fluid looked brand new (as opposed to the gray flaky fluid Enterprise showed me), and the attendant said unless something is off, they prefer sticking to manufacturer recommendations on changing fluid, etc. Could have been a new employee, I don’t know, but just a heads up for anyone to check if you feel you’re being over sold.

So I drive the 45 miles into their shop only to be told they could not do it. Waste of time, money and gas.

- JSJenna StewartApr 5, 20265.0They were open on today on Easter which was a godsend. I needed an oil change, but on my way to get one, my car stopped accelerating and almost broke down on I-5. I just barely made it to Enterprise. It wasn't super busy, since it was a holiday, so I got in immediately. The person working, Freddy, was able to diagnose my problem and explained everything to me very clearly. They changed out my burnt out spark plugs and gave me my oil change and my car is running great. I was very worried and a bit flustered and Freddy was very calm and kind and made me feel a lot better. I definitely had a great experience today and would recommend this location if someone asked.
