  The worst car detailing service I ever had, or any service I have ever gotten. I’m a 40-year-old woman who never leaves reviews, my entire life, but this service was so bad that I could not help myself but go against my nature. The first day I booked, they were 2 hours late without any notice and didn’t even give an appropriate apology from Logan. (This should’ve been enough indication that I should have canceled the service with them then.) With a new appointment time, I got another 2 very young, high-school/college-looking boys showing up. After 1.5 hours, they basically told me that they were done working. I looked through the car and it was so sloppily done that I had to point a few things out to them although the worker told me that’s not their responsibility to clean here and there. They worked another 15ish minutes, and I looked at the car again thoroughly, but things were still left undone. Meanwhile, I understood that water marks on the windows and body would be a separate charge after I spoke with Logan on the phone, so I’m not complaining about that anymore. However they were not able to remove the sticker gum on the window, get stains out of the seat and seat belt, or clean the leaves and dirt from the windshield wiper area. Just generally not thoroughly cleaning the dust and dirt around the car was exceptionally unprofessional. I honestly deeply doubt if they even used the foaming tool and steamer to clean the interior because otherwise this sloppy result doesn’t make sense to me. I spoke with Logan on the phone about how disappointing the result was and that I couldn’t pay full price for this kind of work. He insisted that I had to pay in full. I might had not gone this far to write such negative feedback if I got a feeling of personal care, politeness or ownership of mistakes from them. The owner himself was not responsible with the poor communication, showed lack of appropriate reaction to the bad work, and, not to mention, their workers seem to be so badly trained. (Did they even get any trainings?)
