  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Safelite. What should have been a straightforward windshield replacement turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. It took numerous phone calls just to get my insurance coverage verified and the replacement scheduled. When the technician finally arrived, Safelite brought and installed the wrong windshield. Only after the installation was completed did they realize that the windshield was incorrect. I then had to make numerous additional calls to get another appointment scheduled for the correct windshield. To make matters worse, the vehicle was left partially disassembled, with components and trim pieces not put back in place, as shown in the photos. Because of the condition the vehicle was left in, I was unable to properly use it. I asked Safelite to provide a rental vehicle while they corrected their mistake, but that request was denied. It then took approximately five more phone calls just trying to reach the shop, and we repeatedly could not get through to anyone who could resolve the situation. The matter was eventually escalated to a Quality Supervisor, but as of now, nobody has contacted me back or provided a satisfactory resolution. Mistakes can happen, but what is most disappointing is the lack of communication, accountability, and customer support after the mistake was made. I expected a company as large as Safelite to take responsibility, promptly correct the problem, and make sure a customer is not left without a usable vehicle because of an error on their part. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Safelite.

  When it comes to windshield replacement, you'd be hard-pressed to find any other company that can do what these guys do. I scheduled the service through their website, which was a breeze. Had a few questions they answered very quickly. The technician came in and the work was complete in less than a week. No issues... no headache.... No BS.

  Staff was super friendly and helpful. The tech that completed the repair was fast and efficient, and he took the time to show me the fix and explain what was done. Additionally, there was a small billing error that was in my favor. When I went in to ask about it, the manager (I did not catch his name) made sure the billing was corrected and in fact, noticed the initial billing was incorrect and ensured I was charged appropriately, which also turned out to be in my favor. This kind of superior service is what makes me go back to Safelite. The last time I had a rock chip, the Safelite repair lasted over 10 years. Thanks Safelite, you guys are the best!

  I recently had my front windshield replaced, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and the team was professional throughout the process. Jared was the technician who worked on my car, and he did an exceptional job. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and professionalism were second to none. Everything was installed perfectly, and it was obvious he takes pride in his work. The only issue I experienced afterward was with my vehicle's heads-up display, which turned out to be caused by the replacement windshield itself-not the installation. When I brought the car back, the team immediately took care of it without any hassle. Jared once again did a fantastic job, making sure everything was corrected and working as it should. It's rare to find a business that not only delivers excellent workmanship the first time but also stands behind its work when something outside of their control comes up. The customer service was outstanding from beginning to end, and I can't recommend these guys highly enough. If I ever need another windshield replacement, they'll be my first call.

  If I could leave LESS than 1 star I would. This place is a joke. Incompetent does not even begin to describe their team. Mainly the front office staff. Her name is Bethany. So my windshield cracked on 6/22. Apt was made for 6/27 to have this replaced. Covered by insurance for full coverage of OEM parts - drop the car off. Take ride share to the movies. Come out of the movie to a voicemail that says my car could not be completely serviced due to them receiving a “defective” windshield. Odd but ok. Have to reschedule. I’m rescheduled for 7/10. Fast forward to the second apt, learned my lesson- I see if the windshield is received and is not “defective” - oh no, they received yet another “defective” windshield! However, the gentleman also notices it’s not OEM. Bethany at the front desk informs me - “no we order AFTER MARKET parts. Well that’s not what my insurance covers or what you are getting paid for. So that’s a scam. I now have to reschedule and I’m assured they are ordering directly from Mercedes and it will be OEM. My apt has to be schedule to the end of July now so they can have time for shipping and such. 7/31 my apt is set. I receive an email on 7/30, my apt has been cancelled. And a voicemail that the part was ordered today , but they need TEN BUSINESS DAYS TO ALLOW FOR SHIPPING. This place is horrific. You can not get a hold of anyone. DO NOT GO HERE. I called Mercedes, my car is currently at the dealer- they are handling this- AND provided me a loaner for the time they will have my car. Basically safelite you get both of my middle fingers. And Bethany at Tualitin should be fired.
