  I'm not surprised to see Keith's name in all the other reviews! He's a good guy, and I trust his recommendations. I always feel that he is being geniune regarding what my car needs, as opposed to being upsold. This is the Valvoline I will always visit, entirely because of the employees who work there.

  3 stars for the price, convenience locationand skilled mechanics. After waiting for over one hour, when I was the next, the staff asked me to switch to another lane because they have " first come first serve" and I had to leave next turn to another car which was earlier at another lane. So what is Double-Lane setups are intended for? This policy doesn't make sense totally.

  Well trained and friendly. Went above and beyond, very helpful. I have been coming back here and I recognize a couple people, same great smiles and service made it a breeze. They were having trouble with a sticky taillight that wouldn’t budge, but they got it without any delay. Great job!

  First time here. Loved the experience! Professional, friendly, experts, and cool folks! Got Oil fluid + filter, radiator fluid, transmission fluid replaced all while sitting in the car and enjoying the experience; on how effectively they communicate while operating both lanes’ cars. “Initial fill 2.9!” other tech hears that and dives right to work. HeckYeah my car would love some of that, whatever that is😂 Coming here saved me so much time and at the comfort of my seat. Missing one thing: board/sign for a on-the-go refreshments drink menu for customers and staff alike. All it takes is a little room, ice machine, blender and sell quick refreshment drinks like Mango, Orange, or Strawberry flavored blended or on the rocks. It would boost your efficiency, moral, and more money!

  I went on a Saturday morning and was the first customer. I needed my oil changed, my belts checked (the web site said that location could check belts) because I had the water pump replaced and wanted to check it after a week. Also, check my A/C and recharge it if needed. I was told they no longer check belts at all. They misplaced a component to be used for checking my A/C but eventually found it. I was told my battery was no good and they could not check the A/C. I asked if they could check the air in the tires 3 times (the first time when the technician asked what services I needed for my visit, a second time when they said they were done (and to remind them about the A/C check) and a third time after they said they were done again. I have been going to that location for several years but I need to reconsider my options in the future. BTW - I took my car to Les Schwab 2 days later for the battery issue and they said my battery was fine and did not need to be replaced.
