I stopped in for an emissions test and was so impressed with how quick it was! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone I spoke with was so nice too.

Valvoline always does a great job. I got an oil change and did all of my DEQ services lickety split. Also big shout out to the Homie that helped me. I forget his name, but he said he just moved up here from Tennessee. Super easy to talk to really nice guy. Everything went super smooth could not be more pleased.

I had a great time getting my oil changed. Louise was very helpful and everything. He showed me all the options told me all the extra stuff that I needed to get for my car done. He just overall made my day so much better one of the best customer services I ever had in my life.

horrible place to get an oil change if u care about ur car, went last tuesday to get an oil change and nothing else. waited in line for an hour for nothing but a joke of a job, decided to drive my 335i to work the day after getting an oil change ( 40 mile drive ) half way there i was met with a check engine light pulled over and popped my hood to find out my oil cap wasn’t all the way put on and there was oil all over my injectors and coil packs, on top of this they checked my coolant for some reason ( never asked for it ) the guy said he was gonna top off my coolant ( my coolant was almost all the way full as i just replaced a couple of hoses the week before and check fluids daily before making my commute ) but they broke my coolant level stick and left me at about a quart low of coolant after the dude said he would top it off and no its not leaking because i have been driving this whole week and haven’t lost any coolant since i had to add some after there “ technician “ decided to check it while it was hot meaning some spilled out after he checked and instead of topping it off like he said he just let me drive away. i'm glad i check on my cars everyday other wise he would of costed me an engine as there was a massive vacuum leak and oil leak caused by not doing a simple thing as closing a oil cap. would not recommend going here its a bunch of wannabe mechanics with 0 organization.

DO NOT GET YOUR TIRES ROTATED HERE. I trusted this Valvoline location on Scholls Ferry Road to rotate my tires during an oil change. Now I’m being told that one of my lug nuts was cross-threaded, and the store is refusing to take responsibility. I recently went to another Valvoline location for my next routine oil change and tire rotation. Their technician told me they could not remove one of the lug nuts because it had been cross-threaded. I was told that attempting to remove it could break the wheel stud and that cross-threading can happen when a lug nut is installed incorrectly or at the wrong angle. The last place that rotated my tires? This Valvoline. The other location told me to submit a claim, which I did. I assumed this would be a straightforward situation: investigate what happened and, if their previous work caused the damage, fix it. Instead, the general manager called me and simply told me it was “normal wear and tear” and that my claim was denied. That the other Valvoline I went to “were not tire experts.” Discrediting their daily work and expertise. What I find most unacceptable is that he apparently reached that conclusion without even asking me to bring the vehicle in so they could inspect it. No examination of the lug nut. No inspection of the wheel stud. No attempt to determine whether it had actually been cross-threaded during their service. Just a denial. How can you determine that something is “normal wear and tear” without even looking at it? I paid this location to rotate my tires. Now I have a lug nut that another Valvoline says is cross-threaded and cannot safely be removed without potentially damaging the stud, and the last shop that removed and reinstalled those lug nuts won’t even inspect the problem before denying responsibility. Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a company responds when a customer brings a legitimate concern to them. Refusing to even inspect the vehicle before denying the claim is what turned this from a repair issue into a customer-service issue. Based on my experience, I would absolutely NOT trust this location with a tire rotation again.
