  Intoxalock interlock device is is easy to use once you learn a good blow pattern and I really think their customer service is great every time I ever called them they were able to help and calm me down as god knows how many times I called them for different issues..yeah I give their customer service a high rating thanks again as intoxalock interlock reps..sincerely Dean martin a highly satisfied customer..thank you

  I had an ignition interlock device installed in my truck and as soon as I left I noticed my stereo no longer works, you’d think with that stereo’s being their specialty that it woukd still Be in working order when returned

  They’re just there to take ur money 💰 went for a Intoxalock check up they left my truck in their parking lot abandoned (not knowing why it’s there)for a whole week. I called everyday for about 3-4 days & no one knew what’s why NOTHING! When they finally took the time to look into my truck was left looking like someone broke into it, there was mess everywhere & they still DIDNT do their job the wires weren’t connected. I (female) had to figure out how to connect the plug that was left on my carpet cuz my truck wouldn’t start. Bottom line is all 4 guys working in there don’t make up for 1 guy. 😕 Ryan the “manager” doesn’t know anything as well he said my truck was ready to go he specifically went to go check on it and obviously the truck was not 100% fixed. They actually didn’t fix anything the problem was my battery. STILL THEY CHARGED ME FOR THEY MESS UP MY VEHICLE.

  I spoke with a Ryan Jones and was told the instalation would be between 125.00 and 175.00, Ryan then put me on hold to set the appointment with the installer and get the exact instalation cost. Ryan stated to me the instalation price would be 125.00, when I showed up for the instalation the cost was a little over 200.00. I then received an email stating that I was charged 69.98, which wasn't charged at all only the initial fee. I called to check the account and found I now owed 97.98, when questioned the operator told me 57.99 was a processing fee something else I was never told of. I find the information I had been given misleading bordering on being deceptive. I may need to seek further action. I have since spoken with a knowledgeable young man named Daniel who understood the discrepancies made apologies and have since rectified and reimbursed my grievances, hence their review has gone from a one star to a four. Thank you Daniel.

  Double the price of the install quote and broke the tail light of my Mercedes. The only reason they get one instead of zero stars is they didn’t charge me to ruin my property. Avoid Car Toys if you have any other options!
