    Been here 2 times both times looking for help with a head light and to find out which t-tap splicers I’d need for the specific wires I was going to use them on the head light bulb it had a cheap knock off led bulb the old owner put on when I found the bulb I needed the employee looks at it and says this won’t work and I must be wrong. Interesting to say when i literally own the vehicle and that’s the bulb it says I needed. Second time was the t-tap 2 employees look at me like deer in the headlights both saying “ oh i dont know.” No drive to help nothing. Needless to say i left and went elsewhere and won’t be going back to this location.

    We're here to rent a tool which was a axle bearing installer had to put a $75 deposit down however received it back within minutes as soon as I returned it. They offer free tool rental for various types of tools the average person doesn't have in their garage.

    Worst Experience trying to ship a part to this location. Some staff were okay others were careless to the circumstances and showed it through the phone when trying to get information. I understand they’re not responsible for fedex however working at a location that gets parts in general you can tell or help a customer to see if it got delivered to THAT location. Normally dont leave 1 star reviews but this was poor. I ask about a refund and was told to go online given that i paid on card, so should be refunded to the card but nope. I asked about the shipment multiple times and once was told on the way should be here the day said, no arrival: should be here next day-early afternoon: no arrival- call the store and they act like they can’t see the part. Called again asking how they don’t know if they recived a fed ex shipment and if they can check: checks says its not even shipped yet. I’m not sure what the case is but I paid the extra and have been getting led on all day. Please work on communication.
