    Worst Experience trying to ship a part to this location. Some staff were okay others were careless to the circumstances and showed it through the phone when trying to get information. I understand they’re not responsible for fedex however working at a location that gets parts in general you can tell or help a customer to see if it got delivered to THAT location. Normally dont leave 1 star reviews but this was poor. I ask about a refund and was told to go online given that i paid on card, so should be refunded to the card but nope. I asked about the shipment multiple times and once was told on the way should be here the day said, no arrival: should be here next day-early afternoon: no arrival- call the store and they act like they can’t see the part. Called again asking how they don’t know if they recived a fed ex shipment and if they can check: checks says its not even shipped yet. I’m not sure what the case is but I paid the extra and have been getting led on all day. Please work on communication.

    Ordered parts and they put aside,when I I got there they swapped out with expensive ones I didn't order .when I complained the manager was rude and out of line

    This place is amazing—the employee Isaias was incredible, I was in a pinch and had to change a rear taillight on my ford focus before my lunch shift, and not only did he get me all the parts I needed, he guided me and helped me through changing the bulb since it was my first time doing something like that, couldn’t have gotten it done without his help!!! Will definitely get all my car related stuff from this store, it’s gotten my loyalty

    Spent 90 minutes attempting to get a exhaust flange gasket. Usually I have no problems but this time I had to purchase 5 different gaskets, try them and none worked. We tried everything to find the right one. Supposedly they found one at a Tigard store but when I got there it was not a store where the customer is helped until happy. Bad day at AutoZone. At least the hub off 82nd kept trying to help.
