I just had my transmission serviced which was crazy because during my last oil change, I was told that it needed done, but could only be done by the dealer so Drew taking the time to look it over and find out that it was able to be Dunn was a lifesaver!

I didn't know there was an accident filter because I've never seen it checked before. He went straight to it and it really needed to be changed..they had everything in stock.
- PBPauly BjurJun 6, 20262.0I bring my truck to different oil change shops that report services to carfax just in case I ever decide to sell my truck. I brought my truck to Valvoline in The Dalles to get a few different fluids changed, all the employees were friendly and customer service was great. However, once I got home I checked over everything as I am a Diesel Mechanic for a living and wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. Unfortunately the truck had a slight leak from the oil filter housing. I took it back as soon as I could to get it resolved and they replaced the o-rings and filter without hesitation. Unfortunately once I made it back home again I checked it again and it was still leaking oil from the filter housing. While it is not a major oil leak, it is still a leak that wasn’t there prior to the service. If you do visit this shop make sure to double check their work.
