Exceptional service from everyone at Point S today. They went above and beyond to help me with my flat tire, everything from putting on my spare to helping me to save money and time at the end of their and my work day. I really appreciate it and cannot recommend them enough. I will be back, hopefully not soon, for my own sake. I’ll be in good hands when I need it. Thank you!

The guys here are so amazing and helpful! James assured that everything was working smoothly and took extra time out of his day to help me. They genuinely care about the customer and aren’t just about money. I will always come here!

Came for an oil change and an alignment last week, turned out my car needed more work than I thought. I went ahead and did the work myself to save money and to learn a new skill and brought the car back in for an alignment, a once over of the work I did, and a new set of tires since I noticed a bulge in my sidewall while I had them off working on my suspension. John was very helpful when recommending me tires based on how much I drive and also got me a rebate to save me money. He also wanted to really check the car out before recommending a nice set cuz he didn't want to waste my money. I truly just needed someone to tell me what tires are the only ones they will put on their wife's car with a lot of love in their voice to help me figure out what brand to go with 🥺. Sold me immediately on the pricier set! My safety IS important and people DO want me to come home safe, thanks John!! (I did not like that the phone eventually directs you to a call center if it rings long enough where a person reads a script to you, I wanted to talk to a Gorge local about tires. I did eventually get transferred to the store but I didn't like ended up at a call center when I was trying to call Point S back. It was kind of disorienting. I would've rather left a message or just had to call back)

The folks there are always super friendly. I trust their services completely. They even found a coupon I could use when I bought tires from them. Very thankful for my Point S crew!
