  In The Dalles, they have no way of washing vehicles. When I picked it up, the inside and outside were dirty. They also tried to do a bait in switch, quoted me one price and tried to charge me a $100 more.

  This has been my 4th rental this year and everytime I have the best experience! Over this past Wednesday I just made a 1 day reservation for a concert with my husband and siblings and the cars weren't avaialble yet. So they upgraded me from a full sized car at NO extra charge to a roomy F150, great gas mileage and super spacious. Always recommend Enterprise!

  I cannot say enough incredible things about my experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. From start to finish, their customer service was nothing short of exceptional—but what truly stood out was how they showed up for me during a very difficult time. I was in the middle of a sudden family emergency, stressed and overwhelmed, trying to figure out logistics at the last minute. The team didn’t just “do their job”—they stepped in with genuine care, urgency, and compassion. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a reliable vehicle quickly, handled everything seamlessly, and treated me with such kindness and understanding when I needed it most. Every interaction felt personal, professional, and thoughtful. They listened, they cared, and they delivered—flawlessly. In a moment where everything felt chaotic, they provided calm, support, and solutions. This wasn’t just great service—it was human, empathetic, and truly outstanding. I will be forever grateful and will absolutely continue to choose Enterprise because of this experience. 10/10. Highly, highly recommend.

  I highly recommend this location, specifically Jan - who helped me navigate finding the right rental that fit my needs. She went above and beyond beyond despite being in the middle of what appeared to be a very busy day.
