  Car cleanliness not great. Food crumbs in back seat, long blonde hairs all over the vehicle (no blondes in my family) about 20 taco sauce packets under the driver seat and inside of windshield was so dirty I had to clean it before getting on the road to be able to see with sun glare. Understandable with the small team there in The Dalles. The old taped up shop vacuum they use for cleaning may be part of the issue. Driver window has been replaced and sticky tape residue was still present. Reported this at check out. Otherwise all employees were very friendly and helpful.

  In The Dalles, they have no way of washing vehicles. When I picked it up, the inside and outside were dirty. They also tried to do a bait in switch, quoted me one price and tried to charge me a $100 more.

  This has been my 4th rental this year and everytime I have the best experience! Over this past Wednesday I just made a 1 day reservation for a concert with my husband and siblings and the cars weren't avaialble yet. So they upgraded me from a full sized car at NO extra charge to a roomy F150, great gas mileage and super spacious. Always recommend Enterprise!
