    This was about the 3rd time I've had to go here. Ill walk before I go back. I called ahead for a part and spoke with the mgr. He told me they had three options and to come on in and pick one out. All three were way over priced for whst I needed. When I arrived and asked an employee where to find the part, instead of leaving the counter he was doing nothing at, he said, "they're down that aisle. But they're pretty hard to find." He did not come to help or even offer. Both my son and father who were with me went to the counter separately to ask for help, finally getting a kid who had NO IDEA! I asked who I spoke with on the phone and was told the Mgr. I asked to speak to him and he told me, "Like I said on the phone, there's no way for me to tell which one will work, thats why I told you to come in and look yourself." His tone was rude and condescending and he had this "conversation" from the far end of the aisle. Complete horrible not even close to customer service. "I told you so." "Figure it out yourself, im not helping." and "You're the idiot tgat doesn't know what he's looking for." All in one breif conversation. So I called O'Reilly from the store. They were a little more helpful in telling me that the parts I had in front of me at Autozone, were specified "will not fit vehicle" in his computer system. I called a different Autozone, who had gone above and beyond in the past for me, the Wood Village/Gresham and they readily confirmed the part number i needed, assured me it would fit and confirmed if it didn't, just bring it back and we will refund your money. The Dalles had it, so I bought it. Then at the counter attempted to confirm with the guy that had an autozone name badge that the refund policy was true. He said, "Yeah, unless you screw it up real bad." I walked out with my part. It didn't fit. Well see about the refund tomorrow. Horrible store. Zero parts knowledge by the staff. And inexplicably HORRIBLE "customer service" from the manager down. Corporate should fire everyone in there or just close the store. Except to get my refund, I'll never go back. Considering just eatin the price to not have to. Zero stars if possible

    I called autozone and Robert answered. While I was trying to explain, he hung up on me. Not very good customer service at all. Thank you Robert for being so rude.

    I'll spare you the details, but I was treated very unprofessionally. What should have been a 2 minute pickup of a pre-ordered, prepaid part turned into 25 minutes of my time being wasted. When I finally got the part and asked for a receipt, the manager took it back and said he was going to refund it instead. I can understand people being busy, but this was ridiculous.

    Kass at the commercial desk Store #4185 is always a great help, making sure we get the parts we need and helping with finding obscure parts.

    We had one headlight out and couldn't see to drive home, we came across auto zone right after closing time but the doors weren't locked yet. Not only did Robert sell us the bulb, he installed it for us and then let us return the other bulb that was not correct ( the package had not been. Opened) Even though he stayed late to help us, he treated with kindness. and respect. We are from out of town (,The Dalles is 2 hours away from our home) and would not have made it safely home without his help! You have a gem in Robert we are glad to have met him!! We will definitely shop Auto Zone again because of Robert!!
