- KPkathleen penriceMay 8, 20265.0I came in to ask for the guys to help pop the hood so I could add some radiator stop leak. The cable to pop the hood has come disconnected from the handle and they need pliers to pull it. Even if I could get a hold of the cable, I don't have the strength to pull it because of medical issues. They greeted me warmly because I'm in there so much and didn't give a second thought to assisting with my abnormal request. They charged me nothing, too.
