  The rep at the counter was extremely helpful and communicative. He answered all my questions and made the process quick and easy. The car i reserved was damaged by the previous renter and unavailable, but the rep helped me find a suitable substitute without any hassle. Will definitely rent here again.

  I've always had very good experiences renting cars thru them. Especially out of the st. Helens office.

  Whoever was the girl at the counter she needs more training. She sort of had an attitude. And couldn’t help me with my question. I currently am with out a car. And I have no car currently and had relied upon renting a truck from here. And after my ride dropped off at st Helen’s I was informed of no available trucks or cars at this location. So she told me she could transfer reservation to Longview but then said she doesn’t. N told me to do it myself. So I canceled it n. Was told I’d get money I paid back in about 7-10 days. So I was stuck in st Helen’s. With no vehical no money and what seemed to me no real help. I continued to try n make reservations but it kept saying pick up in st Helen’s.and when asked her she just kept saying they didn’t have anything n won’t for a week. Then Take it off availability search and I had to have someone leave their job. Over in wa Just to come get me. N no apology for the mix up or inconvenience or fact I have to pay now cus I have to go Longview's…. I’m not sure I even want to go thru with rental here. Cus it seems very expensive. Hopefully longvie is a lil better.

  No one is at the location (in a car dealership) unless you are there to pick up a reserved car at that specific time. The cars are not cleaned or checked. I had to put oil and washer fluid in the rental I had.
