  Had complete oil change synthetic. The young lady working knew more about resetting the code for maintenance than the people at the dealership did also needed rear wiper, which was impossible to get to with the Lexus RX 350 and she walked right up and pushed a couple of buttons and got it where it need to be and replaced it. I had a coupon for $15 off and she said oh I’ll get you a better one she got one for $25 off service could not have been better.

  This is by far the best place to go for an oil change. The lines are rarely long, and they move fast. The employees are very friendly, charismatic, respectful, and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and they will let you know what is worn or should be replaced without trying to sell it to you (though the option is available on most things) or making you feel pressured. Everyone knows you will save money doing your own oil changes, but if you want or must have someone else do it, this is the place you want to go. You will drive away happy.

  Had a great experience here! The staff was super friendly and made the whole process quick and easy. I was in and out way faster than expected, and I really appreciated that they weren’t pushy or trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Just honest, efficient service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I’ve been coming to this business for years and every time I come I am impressed with the good attitudes and polite manner of all who work there. They never pressure you in to a service you’re not ready to pay for and they are fast and efficient with the work they do.

  Audrey and Ihab are TOP NOTCH! I was greeted quickly, politely and friendly. The staff were professional and extremely helpful. They noticed my Oregon Professional Firefighters License Plates. I am a disabled 30 year Fire/EMS Veteran. They confirmed and happily applied the First Responder Discount without my even prompting. This is the best experience I've had with a fast oil change in a very long time. I had used Jiffy Lube frequently in my previous home in Lakeland, Florida. I am NOW and FOREVER a happy Valvoline ONLY Customer. 10/10 Will recommend!
