    Very limited and poor car inventory options and very disorganized service. I was waiting at a locked location when I had a 12pm reservation for 35 minutes after being dropped off by a an auto-body service. I tried Once employees finally arrived, I they still could not let me in the building to sit down because only the managers had keys and they were out of office. The manager finally arrived with other customers and proceeded to help them first. Do not expect to get a car at your reservation time and no not expect to be able to reach your representative quickly.

    I've used Enterprise for 3 decades, and in the past spent up to an hour in office just to get something. But now with their no risk reservation/cancel anytime I was able to drive away in 10 minutes. Though when I arrived they didn't have my reservation choice to no fault on them, they bumped me up a bit for free. Great staff at Springfield location, even at return.
