  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an exceptional experience with Enterprise. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the woman at the front desk in Springfield, Oregon, but she was fantastic. She remembered me each time I called, kept me updated, and made sure I always knew what was happening as my rental ended up extending for nearly a month. She eventually told me I didn’t even need to keep checking in and that everything was handled until they heard otherwise from me. That was such a relief, especially when automated reminders continued to come through. I always felt completely taken care of and in the loop. When I explained what I needed in a vehicle, she recommended a Honda CR-V, and it was perfect. It was beautifully detailed, fun to drive, comfortable, and most importantly, I felt completely safe taking my grandkids on trips in it. From beginning to end, the entire experience was incredibly easy and pleasant. I will absolutely use Enterprise again. Excellent customer service, a great vehicle, and a genuinely stress-free experience!

  Car had a maintenence light come on, I called when I saw that and was told I would get a call back as it was nearing 5pm. Was a little nerve wracking because I'd got the rental with due to 2 of our cars needing repairs. I called the general customer service number later in the evening and the woman was not a very good listener insisting I was in California and needed to return the car ASAP. After telling her 2 to 3 times that I was based in Oregon (because she was insisting I could take it to an airport in California) and had just got in town from Washington she said I could wait until morning because all local offices were closed. Luckily the next morning I went to the Eugene 6th Ave location that was close to my work and he was able to reset the car. While I am glad I was safe, and near my work and home this did cut into parts of two days where I was already dealing with getting 2 other cars fixed and juggling work on top of that. I will say I have had good experiences with Enterprise in the past so I'm hopeful this was a one off.

  This is a great local Enterprise location! We rented a vehicle for 3 weeks while our primary car was in the shop, and the staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful. The SUV was very clean and you can tell they pay attention to detail here. I would absolutely use this location again in the future!

  The folks at the Enterprise office were great. They were friendly, competent and easy to work with. The car was great. We were able to extend the rental with no problems. And, they worked well with our insurance.

  They picked me up from the body shop which was only a short distance away. Had a decent selection when I arrived. Even the guys in the wash bay were very friendly! When I dropped off the car the lady helping me was very nice and appreciative that I had washed the car before drop off. Overall a nice experience and enterprise is always my first choice when renting a car. Another great experience.
