  The team at Valvoline Seaside did an excellent job for me today. Friendly, professional and knowledgable. They were pretty busy but took their time to really give my car the attention it needed. There was a wait, but they checked on me a couple times and even did the light check while I was in line waiting. I felt like they valued my business. And I did not feel like they were just racing through the process or trying to upsell me without asking the right questions and making thorough inspections. Really pleased with these guys. By the way, if you find yourself here, treat yourself to a delicious coffee drink at Brew 22 just down the street.

  They seemed like nice guys that did a good, quick job but I used a $15 off coupon and I thought the total seemed a little higher than the quote when I was done but I paid it and went on my way. When I got home and looked at the receipt there was a -$15.00 for the coupon, a $4.85 “surcharge”, and $17.99 added on for “extra oil”. Neither of those things were mentioned during the transaction. It would be nice to have simple exchanges of money for service again instead of having to watch every byline like a hawk.

  The Valvoline Seaside team provided above and beyond amazing service! I went in for a general courtesy fluid check and my battery unexpectedly died on arrival. The employee, Paxton tested the battery and we learned that the battery life was extremely low from the meter reading. He checked on what batteries they had in stock. Since there wasn't one at the time at the shop he proceeded to call the local auto store, got a battery placed on hold and drove me to the auto store to pickup the new battery. In the mean time the manager, Dawson had prepped my car and then installed the battery upon our arrival. I'm truly thankful for the team's service and how they were such upbeat positive, clear communicators. Truly nice and gracious folks! Highly recommend them. Thank you so much!!

  The service at Valvovine Instant Oil Change is consistently friendly, , knowledgeable and courteous across the board . They always work so well as a team and I'm in and out before I know it! I'll drive from my home in Astoria to this Seaside location first everytime I need a service they provide before I go anywhere else that is closer to my home because I value the work they do.

  I stopped in on my way through Seaside today to get a quick service on my Ram 3500. I got the oil and both fuel filters changed in just about a half hour by a very friendly and thorough crew. The assistant manager was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area and even gave me some great fishing tips. I will definitely be back.
