- FEFloyd EAug 6, 20261.0Let me start by saying I usually go to valvoline on Lancaster. Today I went to this one on Commercial. Took almost 1.5 hours being stuck in line and lied to. Employee Sergie came up to tell me the reasons I've been waiting over an hour was because the people in front of me ordered other items to their oil change. I told him then they should have came and told us it would take much longer. As I was trying to talk, Sergie continued to try to talk over me. I told Sergie I was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. I told him it was taking entirely too long and that I needed to leave. He rudely told me I needed to listen to him. I again told him it was talking to long and that I needed to leave because I had another appointment and that I would be doing a review about how long it took. Sergie told me reviews don't matter. By this time cars had been lining up behind me and there was no backing out. I asked for the manager and Taylor the manager came to talk to me and I told him about what I was told and that I needed to leave. I told him about Sergie's attitude and asked for the regional manager. He said it is Mr Bales I asked for a phone number and Taylor said he doesn't have one give out and that I had to contact customer care in which they had no number for either. Because it took so long and I had an appointment to be at. I was unable to get the oil changed and had to leave as soon as they could clear. If they're going to have to make you wait they should be required to let you know it's going to longer and if you can't wait they need an exit.
