  I know they won’t cheat you because my problem turned out to be in the driveline. They fixed it and charged me the one hour diagnostic fee. If that is not enough, my climate control fan wouldn’t turn down or off all of a sudden when I got there, no, not even when I turned the truck off. The dude unplugged it and walked me through the most likely fix, he was right BTW. The blower motor resistor.

  We just got back from a trip in the Cascades with our new transmission in a Ram. It pulled our living quarters trailer and the horses smoothly, shifting positively but gently. I am sure impressed with Salem Transmission! Well worth the money for dependability in the back country with a large load!

  I came here to check the transmission and repair it if there was a problem. Fortunately, I got a call after the check that there was no problem. I am grateful to Dan for the free check and for being so kind. If I have the chance, I will visit again. And I recommend it.

  These guys are absolutely amazing. Very professional and very honest. They will do whatever they can to help you and that's awesome. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone. These guys are the best 💯👌🏽🙂

  They were knowledgable people but it wasn't a friendly atmosphere and they were a little overpriced for the service quote. Ended up going elsewhere.
