  We just got back from a trip in the Cascades with our new transmission in a Ram. It pulled our living quarters trailer and the horses smoothly, shifting positively but gently. I am sure impressed with Salem Transmission! Well worth the money for dependability in the back country with a large load!

  Rick was able to diagnose and explain a transmission problem in a way that was honest and calm, at a time where the stress of a hefty repair was on my shoulders. He took care of my cars issue and gave me guidance should anything like this happen in the future.

  Personable honest service. They answered all the questions I had about the service and my vehicle. The guys seemed like genuine mechanics that cared about the life of my vehicle. They understood that my vehicle is something special to me and assured me that everything they were doing was up to high quality standards and would inform me if they saw anything out of the ordinary. The prices for the services were very fair especially compared to the dealership. They communicated well about everything and I didn't feel rushed or pressured into doing anything. Thank you, Sean. Thank you, Rick. I appreciate your help a lot and will be back for more help with future maintenance. I highly recommend.

  Very helpful, to me while I was rebuilding my valve body. Should have just took it to them to begin with.
