  We had an amazing experience here with Miles. We felt Miles was very knowledgeable about Mazda’s awards on safety (which sold me), and on all the many cars we looked at. We never felt any pushing on buying. Miles even jammed out with me to Rhianna. It was an amazing experience and feels like we are in great hands. Highly recommend!

  Bought cx90 here 8/16/26. Pretty straight forward from the get go. We were able negotiate everything over the phone spanning over few days. They were able to locate the exact color and interior combination that my wife wanted. The sales person CHAYANNE had been great. Could’ve been 5 stars if we didn’t spend little over 4 hours there with 3 months old baby. All in all, No BS dealer, no games back and forth, straight forward which I truly appreciate it.

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Rudy at Mazda of Salem. I live in Iowa, so purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that far away was definitely a little intimidating. Rudy made the process much easier than I expected. He was very professional, communicated with me throughout the entire process, and was always willing to answer my questions or help with whatever I needed. Even being several states away, I felt like I was in good hands. Rudy really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle, especially if you’re buying from out of state. Thanks again, Rudy and Mazda of Salem!

  I have been shopping for my next car and I know exactly what I want and the price I can afford. In my experience when I came to Mazda I was really let down. I found a car that was perfect for me and my sales guy Chyanne was INCREDIBLE! He heard me and took everything I said very seriously and did everything to get me what I was looking for. Unfortunately the way Mazda is set up there were finance sales guys who ruined the experience and I will never go back! After explaining what I was after the guy forced my sales guy to show me something for 1: that was so ugly I would never drive. 2: Kept pushing my sales guy to ignore what I was after and put me in a new car. And 3: I needed a co-signer and I came in with rules to even have the opportunity to get a car and the finance guy still was not hearing my parameters. The previous finance guy had the folder all set up and ready for me on the car I wanted and already ran my moms and my credit to approve it, the new finance guy (I had to return the next day and the previous guy was gone) refused to use the original folder we had already created and stated it was a new transaction. I was already annoyed because that guy was more focused on sales than he was to retain a repeat customer. So we created a new folder than ran my mom’s credit 2 more times😳 she was so pissed and rightfully so!! I am very disappointed with my experience. What I can say is the corporate of Mazda could really benefit from listening to Rudy and Chyanne, who are for the people and aim to retain long term repeat customers! The financial guy Vic or whatever his name is could take notes and maybe learn that sales is more than just money. I’ve been in sales most of my life and I gain long term customers because I listen! I give the information so that the customer can make the best choices for themselves, but trying to push customers into something that doesn’t work for them or their life is ABSOLUTELY disgusting and exactly how you lose people! Word of mouth carries more weight than the highest sale you can get. Thank you to Chyanne for being so wonderful, patient , and understanding. Him and Rudy will make such a great impact in the world and both have high potential to help change the scope of sales and bridge the gaps between customers and gross salesmen! I wish everyone the best and will be taking my business elsewhere.
