  Can't go wrong at Mazda of Salem I got three vehicles in two days. Dealership crew are great and very helpful they will bend over backwards to make your dreams come true. I will always stick with Mazda of Salem only!! Thank you Mazda of Salem you made me feel like I won the lottery. Got to try people I guarantee you will come out with something nice.   Working to find a new car for my wife and made inquiries on a couple of vehicles here. Erin reached out, answered questions I had and set an appointment to come in and test drive. She was waiting for us (and we were late - my apologies!!) and patiently worked with us to look at a couple CX-90s and a CX-5. Her product knowledge was exceptional and she helped make this a great car buying experience. Juan stayed late and helped us finish finance, then Erin, still there after what was supposed to be closing, stayed and went through all of the controls in our new Mazda before we left. This was a smooth, trouble free experience and I would encourage anyone interested in a new Mazda to shop at Mazda of Salem!

  was looking for a reliable used car and found one here we wanted and was out of our price range but with our luck we had Doug as our sales guy and he made it happen! truly appreciate his help and patience with us and he was never pushy about trying to get us in a different car or financing terms we did not want. when your looking for your next car new or used definitely ask for Doug! Thank you Doug!

  Isaac was absolutely amazing to work with! He and his boss went above and beyond to get me a great deal on my truck. They spent three days working to get me the best possible payment and the lowest car insurance they could find. They even let me borrow a car for a couple of days while they worked on getting everything figured out. From the very beginning, they were honest, genuine, and treated me and my fiancé like family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! I will definitely be buying my next car from them. Thank you, Isaac and your team, for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable! ❤️

  Jeff is great, and sold me this beauty. I left an amazing review based on my first impressions. It's been 10 months now. The general manager (can't remember his name) was the worst part. He took over the sale, and forced me into maintenance plans if I wanted THIS vehicle. At first, it sounded great! "Full service for years at a low additional monthly cost?? And I can go to any mazda dealership for service?" Yeah, no. As soon as I went to my local dealership, I was informed that the maintenance plans are just ways for them to bloat a sale, and don't hold any value, nor exist in the capacity that I was sold on. Then I called the Salem dealership, and asked why my service plan wasn't valid. They conveniently couldn't look into it for me, or couldn't find any of the paperwork. I still have the paperwork, showing their fees and "service plans". My local dealership advised me to speak to a Mazda Financial Advisor, so I did. The guy I talked to (forgot your name) was honest and extremely helpful. I was informed that I was HEAVILY gouged with dealership addons and bullsh** service fees, as well as an EXTREMELY high interest rate. I was then guided through the process of refunding thousands of dollars in fees, and have since dropped the interest rate. I want to reiterate that Jeff, the salesman, did an excellent job showcasing my vehicle and taking down my information. The GM of this location was absolutely horrendous to deal with, and I want to advise caution before purchasing any vehicle from this dealership. I felt that I was scammed, and will never return for any type of service or purchase.
