- TTThe TruthJul 2, 20261.0Worst experience of my life. Worst customer service, if you actually talk to a human, 99% of the time you can't understand what they're saying. The app is almost useless and does half of what they claim it does. Their billing cycle is relentless, and the prices fluctuate on every bill, they just seem to add as many ridiculous extra charges they can. Their leasing system is a joke, and traps you into unnecessary costs. The random issues with the devices are unbelievable, whether it's draining the battery on your vehicle, destroying your ignition, or just randomly shutting your car off. Forced "calibrations" seem to just be an extra way to bleed money out of you and waste your time. They amount of time you lose, waiting for the device to actually allow you to drive is irritatingly inconvenient, and the fact that it will fail you for cologne or other external sources is messed up. The device seems to run and record even when you're not in the car, which seems unacceptable. In March of this year, the company was cyber hacked and resulted in my personal information being stolen and I had to battle a massive identity theft issue. On top of everything, when I finally got to remove the device, along with the removal cost, they charged me another months fee before the end of the month that they charged me for 2 days prior and three days before the end of the month I just paid for. Obviously I am the reason for being stuck with the device, but this company is poorly run, and doesn't care about the fact that their services effect your daily life. I have no way to compare to other IID companies, but I highly recommend looking for a company that doesn't outsource your calls to people who hardly speak english after you wait for hours on hold for a 5 minute conversation.
