  I recommend this Enterprise Truck Rentals location 100%! We needed a 1 Ton pick up to move a 17,000 pound toyhauler and pick up a small 5000 pound travel trailer. I looked all over from Willamina, Oregon, down to Salem, Oregon, and everywhere in between including McMinnville and Keizer and this was the only place we found that to rent such a large vehicle that was an open pick up. The manager of the truck rental side warned me that it was a difficult request, but that he would do everything in his power to make sure I had one by my reservation date. We definitely were cutting it close and it got to the point where he went and picked up the truck himself. (I’m thinking from another location). In the meantime, I must’ve called Angie (the office staff person) about five times that Friday afternoon because I was getting nervous that we weren’t gonna find a truck in time. Each call she assured me that her manager was on it. and not once did she sound annoyed or irritated by my continuous calls.. We arrive to the facility at 4 PM. They had a brand new 2026 Dodge Ram parked up front waiting for us 🫶🏻😅by time all was said and done we close the facility out on a Fri night. But at no point did the Manager or Angie make us feel like they were being inconvenienced. Both of them were extremely friendly, extremely helpful and you can tell they truly cared about Customer service. There were a couple of issues that came up (nothing major), but it was inconvenient and when we talked to Angie about it, she went above and beyond to make sure that we were accommodated for our time and to assure that we would be repeat customers. Which 100% chance we will definitely be back. Not only did we appreciate the great customer service which nowadays most places definitely seem to be lacking since Covid it seems. But we also appreciated her enthusiasm to help us out the best she could. We were so impressed on how they handled everything for us and with us🙏🏻😁😊🙏🏻 If you’re looking to rent a large vehicle, please do yourself a favor and go see Angie at Enterprise Truck Rentals down in Salem. You won’t be disappointed.
