Talk about rude and shady. Watch out for Carter.... I made a reservation for a full size sedan, when I got there they try switching me to a compact. When I questioned the employee about it he just tried to play it off. When i called him out for bait and switch he said straight up yes it is a bait and switch and I could take it or leave it.
