  Amazing place to rent from. Very attentive staff and the car was very clean and just what I needed. Will be returning to them if I need to rent a car again.

  Andrea at the front desk (on Lancaster ) made it super easy to check in and check out my car rental. She was very helpful with anything I needed assistance with throughout my time renting from them. The car was super clean and worked out great. I will definitely be going back to them if I need another rental.

  Booked my car weeks ago. Checked in online. Got here. They had one person working. And there was none of the car I wanted here. From walking in the door and getting the car it was over an hour.

  Andrea goes above and beyond every time I rent a car. She remembers me by name! I haven’t had this good an experience with any other business ever. Enterprise is excellent and fair and will continue succeeding with employees like Andrea working for them!

  Lady had an snarky and condescending attitude with me. She did that thing where someone is mad so they start laughing to condescend you. I gave the wrong phone number (the phone number on the claim was an old dead home phone number so no I didn’t give them that number and have no idea how that number is associated with this claim. This also isn’t my accident, I was there helping my elderly grandfather) and she made sure to make me feel like an idiot. This phone number discrepancy had me drive to several locations that all said different things. Called my insurance, my insurance agent told me that this same lady told her to come back at 3. I called enterprise to make an appointment, they confirmed 3 worked. Got there, and to no surprise they had no cars. This is where she began her scoldings and tried to guilt us by saying 2 other people were waiting as well for 40 minutes. We had been trying to get that rental for about 4 1/2 hours at the point. Ended up just walking out and called insurance, they sent us to Hertz on commercial. No issues, extremely friendly employees who were truly happy to help.
