  Ive been with enterprise for years and love them for the most part. These last few times of renting ive had some questionable vehicles. This last one being a foreign it was over -7000 miles past due for service and needed an oil change i felt like it would have me on the side of the road somewhere...

  Reserved a large suv weeks ago. They did not have that vehicle. Tried to get us into a car or a smaller suv but check engine light came on. Car would not have been big enough. He was very pleasant but did not apologize or explain why they did not have the vehicle we reserved. Sent us to another store rather than having the other store bring the vehicle to us. Won’t be using enterprise

  Amazing place to rent from. Very attentive staff and the car was very clean and just what I needed. Will be returning to them if I need to rent a car again.

  Andrea at the front desk (on Lancaster ) made it super easy to check in and check out my car rental. She was very helpful with anything I needed assistance with throughout my time renting from them. The car was super clean and worked out great. I will definitely be going back to them if I need another rental.
