    Be wary of Enterprise and for sure this location. A reservation means nothing anymore when the company can just cancel on you with no warning leaving you stranded. Airlines solved the overbooking problem a decade or so ago… while still caring about customers. Time for rental car companies to wake up

    I was in a total bind after my car broke down 140 miles from home. I arrived at this Enterprise location right before closing during the hectic Memorial Day weekend rush. Despite being slammed with customers, the team welcomed me in and took care of me right away—a massive relief. They completely exceeded my expectations. Even though I didn’t mind waiting, they generously upgraded me to a nicer SUV (which I absolutely fell in love with and wish I could keep!). To top it all off, Brian went above and beyond by offering to drive me back to the mechanic shop when I returned the rental. I was fully expecting to pay for an expensive Uber, but the team here truly has a heart of gold. Huge shoutout and thank you to Brian for being so helpful and for providing such great, natural & comfortable conversation on the ride back! 11/10 - Great job!
