- SCSheldon CookSep 28, 20261.0Manager was extremely rude and when I called him out on it, he told me to get out of his bay. All over him being upset at an employee for offering me 5% off. Extremely rude to his own guy. 8/26
- JLJim L.Sep 26, 20265.0The guys at Valvoline, Roseburg are great. They changed my oil & filter on my 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid and 2 weeks later my Toyota instrument panel notified me that my oil was low & I needed an oil change. I took it to Toyota & they were NO HELP, so I went back to Valvoline & they changed my filter & topped off the oil to the full mark (it was just a hair under full) & gave me the slightly used filter, per Toyota's request, all for no charge. Toyota then admitted that they are having technical problems with their high tech cars !! Thank you, again ,Valvoline for your support !!
- SJSusan JosifekSep 24, 20265.0I've always had fantastic visits to this location! The staff are always super nice, they explain everything clearly & thoroughly. The prices are reasonable. I appreciate that no matter how busy it is when customers arrive, they always do what they can to get you done in 15 minutes (per their signage). I live out of state now but come to town to visit family. I love the customer service these guys provide & their work ethic so they'll always get my business over the store where I live whenever I'm heading to Roseburg.
