  We had to go through here for a rental due to a senior citizen hit my vehicle....thus needed repairs. I have never rented a car before and honestly was hesitant to drive a car that was not my own. The staff was very understanding, kind, very approachable, informative and over all great customer service. I was told on how to approach the insurance claim for car rentals which made the whole process of everything go smoothly under circumstances. When we had done the walk through over the rental before handing me the keys I had asked a lot of questions I was not judged by my naive parts on trying to figure out how to turn on and shift gears in a 2026 car. My guy and I have never drive a car with as many buttons and knobs let alone a push button ignition and a knob for gears. Honestly I was nervous but we really needed a temp vehicle for our large family for a few weeks. And the gentleman was very kind on helping us on the very basics. I admit we really didn't drive the vehicle except to appts, getting the kids to/from school, groceries and etc. Most of the time the car was parked but when I drove the vehicle I did feel more comfortable on being shown what buttons to use to get around. Once we finally got our car back I was happy to get the rental back to Enterprise. We were greeted with the same charm as before and had a pleasant experience overall. The vehicle even though intimidating with all the gadgets and blind spots. I know I will never buy that brand of vehicle just because of what I experienced. The overall experience from renting here was really great. I would definitely rent from here again.

  The whole experience was absolutely great. The service rep was friendly and respectful which made me feel comfortable with renting a car for the first time. I was expecting a small economy car but was slightly upgraded at no extra cost. I had a amazing SUV, very clean and great to drive. At only approx $60 a day (depending on vehicle) I totally recommend Enterprise for your car rentals.

  Tyler has for the two times I have needed to rent been an outstanding ambassador for your organization. No one in the history of my business and pleasure travels at a rental car company has ever taken the time to show me the important features of operating the vehicle. I was amazed and he deserves a raise.
