Will try and scare anybody that doesn’t know about vehicles to buying frivolous things they don’t need.

The people here are just great. Always willing to help and direct you to do the right thing with your vehicle. Of course they'll tell you of the services that you need but they don't pressure you for undue services

This location does not offer tire rotation. They should update their website services for this location. Do not bother to make a line if you need tire rotation. Also, make sure you know what services you need or they will sell you something you don’t need.

Jacob the manger provided upstanding customer service. Not only did he provide a great customer service but also ran his crew efficiently and professional. Keep it up, Garret

I would give this store a 0 star review after my most recent interaction but Google won’t let me. Today I pull off the highway into the store, I pulled in the middle lane as it has become confusing with the new car wash. I pulled up to the bay doors that are open no cars are being serviced no one is inside. I proceed to sit and wait for 17 minutes. Not one employee checked the status of the line. I turned my car off, turned the music up, making every attempt to catch someone’s attention. While also oveyinh all signs to “stay in my vehicle” and not trying to be rude and honk my horn. Finally I exited and walked into the employee area. One guy was dead asleep, in the other room I called out and asked both a male and female employee if they wanted to work today. Mind you I just had surgery on my leg, and am in a brace. I hobble my butt back to my car. Was directed to pull forward. The dark haired heavier set female, was obviously upset with me and challenged me at my window like I did something wrong. In substance she informed me it was my fault for pulling in the wrong lane and it did not alert them. I told her before the car wash went in it didn’t matter. I also told her in the time I sat there it was reasonable one person could have stuck their head out. She continued to blame me and then declined my business and asked me to leave. Confused as to how I was in the wrong. But I won’t take my vehicles back, I will also recommend to others not to go back, if Valvoline feels this is how they need to treat customers, at least at a local store I will ensure they lose a few customers and feel it in their pocket.
