  Recently rented a vehicle from here and had the pleasure of working with Michelle. She was incredibly professional and helped make the process as smooth as possible. Everyone I interacted with was awesome and I would certainly rent here again. Thank you Michelle and team!

  I have Farmer’s insurance and was happy that I was referred to Enterprise as that is my go to rental. I’ve always had great service and the cars are well cared for. This rental the manager (Redmond, Or. on 97) went over and above! I was concerned about having a car to accommodate my knee issue, and the manager went to great links to find me one that would allow me to drive comfortably. Along with that, he checked all the tires checked inside the car and answered all my questions. I think what was most notable is that he stayed late in order to go over all this with me because I got to the rental office at the last minute. When I commented on how appreciative I was, he said that’s what Enterprise is known for and then went on to share how much he valued the company and his job, his managers and the ability for him to move up in the company hearing this from a person, who’s just graduated from college a few years ago as a reminder to give business to companies like enterprise. There is a specific track in a way for young people just entering into the workforce to travel to different offices and each time get a step up the ladder in their position more company should use Enterprise as a business model! And again my gratitude to the manager at the rental office who took such time in working with me. Enterprise is lucky to have him with their company!

  I LOVE Enterprise. I'll never rent a car from anyone else. They're vehicles are always so clean and smell good. I heard they even have exotic cars too, like Lamborghini, and Maserati.

  We needed to rent a truck and found one available about 20 minutes away through the online reservation system. When we arrived, they let us know the truck wasn’t quite ready yet. I had also accidentally mixed up the reservation dates by one day, which was my mistake. The team went above and beyond to help us out. They arranged to have a truck delivered from the Redmond airport to the Redmond office so we could pick it up there. That level of customer service was incredibly kind and much appreciated. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. They really made the whole situation easy for us, and we’re very grateful for their effort.
