  Superior customer service!! The team went above and beyond when our daughter’s car got a flat away from home, requiring a new set of tires (AWD). They drove to another location to get the tires we wanted and had them installed same day! As parents 3-hours away from her summer field course, this was a huge relief to us. Thank you Gill’s Point S in Prineville!!

  We had made an appointment through the regional office for an oil change, but the shop was exceptionally busy that day. The manager on duty gave us a $10 Discount. We are so grateful. Money is tight for us now.

  Gill’s Point S Tires in Prineville has earned my trust for over a decade or more. They sell a wide range of tires and they offer free flat fixing which is so helpful. I will never go anywhere else, why would I? The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I get fast service. Highly recommend.

  i dropped off my '98 vw jetta for a front end alignment at 10am had an appointment and everything got told it would take and hour to an hour and a half at most. I proceeded to go home after 2 hours i called for a checkup and was told it wasn't done yet. after 4 hours i returned to the store after never receiving a phone call to pick it up, I was then informed that my car required a special tool to preform a front end alignment and my vehicle had been sitting in the parking lot for 3 hours. I had called multiple shops through out prineville and bend on my way there to ask questions about why it would take so long, all of them told me there is no such tool needed for a front end alignment on my particular vehicle. after requesting my vehicle I asked to see a picture of said tool the technician provided a photo to which i responded that multiple shops said there was no specialty tool required at which point he insinuated i had no clue what i was taking about and didn't know what my front end looked like, however I'm the one who put new CV bearing on the trans axle side of my front CV axle so i do in fact know what my front end looks like and that no tool is required other than basic mechanics tools. I have lost all faith and confidence in gills point s in prineville and will not be returning please verify the skills and ability's of the shops you take your vehicles to gills does not have those please don't waist your time and money
