- TWTrevor WaetjenMay 9, 20265.0I did initially have a less than desirable experience attempting to get a flat repaired on a Saturday. After speaking with the manager Monday when I was able to get the flat repair completed and explaining the situation she was very responsive and professional and agreed the communication from the associate Saturday could have been better and prevented alot of frustration. I'm confident that what I experienced was not typical of service from point s and how she handled the situation has earned my faith back in there store.
- RHRon HalvorsonMay 1, 20265.0Came in to have free winter tire switch over and got call at home to come and look at my rear brakes. Looks like they needed to be replaced. He also showed me that my tires were down to the wear bars in places. As I was planning on replacing them soon anyway, I agreed and he showed me a tire that would work. I made an appointment to have them installed and it was done. Everyone was personable and they excelled in keeping me informed of the timing, process, etc. It seemed odd to have to pay extra for a tire warranty, but when you figure in the cost of this the tires were still less than a local competitor's where the warranty is included. I'm happy with Gill's.

I was having my studded tires taken off and even with two other customers ahead of me, my car was ready in about three hours. Appreciate that they didn't put the tires in my car, as we had hauled them into the store in my guy's truck. Would have been nice; and courteous, if one of the folks there in the garage would have helped him load them into his truck.
