- MRMichel RazzoukMay 12, 20261.0I was first car in and sat for 15 minutes with no communication until I asked if we were waiting for something. Lady checked level of oil. Then sat there for another 5 minutes. This place is the worst. They didn't even know what they were doing.

Be sure and ask for the Store Manager and double check that it's says "Store Manager" on his shirt bc if it doesn't - then he ain't the real deal! I know they were there way past 5:30, and I wasn't thrilled about having to move my car to let a bunch of cry baby ladies go ahead of me. Equality! But the store manager made it worth my while - sometimes it pays off to be cool. 😏

I do want to say the staff has always been friendly and professional mannerism which I truly appreciate. However, I recently discovered a serious issue. The vehicle was being filled with the wrong type of engine oil during services here. I became concerned when the oil was burning off unusually fast, which I knew wasn’t normal. Trusting my instincts, I took the car to another shop, where they confirmed the incorrect oil had been used. While I value the kindness of the team, this is a significant oversight especially for a vehicle like an Audi A4 that requires specific oil standards. I would strongly encourage a team review or additional training to ensure technicians are matching the correct oil to each vehicle. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it helps improve service and prevents this from happening to others in the future to other customers.
