- RBRichard Butler5 days ago5.0Good experience. I brought up hearing Jeffy Lube doesn't change oil filters and the person backed away from that statement. I feel they are honest. There should be cameras to make sure workers are doing their job right and honest. I came at the perfect time not a long wait and fast service. I got 10% off on everything I changed from air filters in the cabin to oil change. It felt like a Jeffy lube just a different service company. I changed to Valvoline because my other car had a sensor light on like the oil needed to be changed before the due date. We don't want extra problems in our lives so make companies fulfill there work standard. We pay expensive prices so get our money worth. Let people know your experience with other services face to face get a quality service not three quarters of service.

There was a coupon online and the manager seemed excited for me that I had one. Not pushy at all, no surprise cost. This was my first time here and I will be coming back.

Sam is also outstanding and has great recommendations for services not provided here. I come here regularly for oil changes and to get fluids topped off and it's always a good experience.

C'mon I'm sure I could do it myself for $20 at the most!! Folks ask for pricing on every service being done. I blame myself for that service being done because the employees job is to upsell & my job is to ask how much!! But I will be returning to Valvoline & hv been going here for years...
