  We asked if they would identify where the car's exhaust leak was coming from: exhaust manifold or exhaust pipe; we were told 'we aren't mechanics'. So why are you doing mechanical work on my car then??? worker seemed very depressed/low energy. Not really the kind of person you want working on your engine. tried every known upsell; even though 'not a mechanic'.

  The last time I was there, the technician forgot to put the screws back on my splash plate when conducting a routine oil change. This unfortunately is not the only time that this has happened with this location. This also happened a year ago but resulted in server damage to my vehicle that cost thousands of dollars to fix. This is a small detail that the technicians could have easily done. For clarification, instead of removing the metal part on the splash plate to change my oil, both times this has occurred they unscrewed the entire splash plate. Which both times resulted in the splash plate falling as soon as I leave the location.
