- MCMorgan Croce1 day ago5.0Thank you SO much to Jesse who not only changed my oil but walked me through some other issues I had with my car. He was really kind, thoughtful and explained things in terms that I, a non car person, could understand. Really exceptional service!
- ADallison Dennik1 day ago5.0Taylor, Ian and Tony provided great customer service and were speedy. Tony made recommendations specific for my car and mileage. I will definitely be coming back to this location and team for future oil changes as well as my car battery and other routine maintenance for my vehicle. Thanks guys!
- MCMJ Christopher3 days ago5.0Fantastic service as usual. Tony the new manager is great, super personable & proactive about pointing out what should be addressed. Shout out to my tech Noah who also did a great job. I've been going to the Vaughn St. Location for years & I'm always satisfied eith the great service I receive.
- CCCristianSep 30, 20265.0I experienced an issue with my drain plug between this store and another store. The other store had me sitting for 2 hours with no resolution, but this store figured it out in a quick visit. The other location and the overall situation, as well as the lack of accountability/courtesy from them had me a bit frustrated, but I’m happy these guys got it figured out and covered the oil change as a courtesy. I appreciate a business that makes things right. In all business, mistakes can happen, we’re human. But accountability and great customer service go a long way in creating long lasting relationships and loyal customers. Shout out to these guys for getting me out in under 30 minutes, despite the obstacles at hand.
- LLLisaSep 28, 20265.0Taylor was efficient, kind, and very helpful. She offered to check my cabin filter - I have never had this offered and was so happy to have it checked and then replaced. It took a bit to get the filter out but she and another employee figured it out. She also let me know that although it would be fine to wait to replace an engine filter (she showed it to me- it looked dirty) that if I wanted, she could order one and they'd call me when it came in. I really appreciate that.
