  Tony the Manager and his team were amazing by explaining simply what was being done and offering free extra services. He changed the oil, ran a DEQ test and checked my tire pressure. His polite, kind attitude made my day!

  Sam was attentive, knowledgeable and not pushy. They offered to have me switch places with the bay that finished first. I declined as I was not in a hurry, But appreciated the offer.

  This location is far the best Valvoline in PNW. And I am not exaggerating. This team is trust worthy/ consistent / and fast. I will return like I always do every 3,000miles for my oil change or anything else I need in the to do list. Today I had Frankie and Tony Assisting me with my oil change and transmission oil change as well. And it wasn’t for the recommendation from Tony. His product Acknowledge in educating me on my Vehicle And the importance That I did need a transmission oil change! And as I did! I left Valvoline NW 26th Ave with a full guarantee that Frankie and their team of mechanic's that did the work, my car sounds great, confident, I have power again. And I feel confident in driving to California for my business trip on Monday. Thank you to Tony & Frankie and the whole team here at NW 26th location! Great job setting the pace of Excellence Cheers!

  There is a reason that I keep returning to Valvoline. Both the Broadway and Vaughn locations have strong communication skills, are quick but thorough to make sure all automotive needs are met, and genuinely kind. Tony made sure to get me quickly on my way after my synthetic oil and transmission fluids swap along with a cabin filter replacement. Tony's knowledgeable and kind guidance without pressure is the kind of consistency needed to gain my trust. The coupon you guys emailed me was much needed abundance, as well. Thank you to Tony and his team for maintaining my 07 Civic to an enduring future!

  Tony was great, used to getting my oil change at the valvoline in gresham. Can take up to 2 hours at times. So was worried about wasting my lunch break trying to get this done. NOPE- started at 11:15-11:20 done within 20 minutes. Absolutely great plus he was able to read a check engine code for me and delete the code. Not often do i write reviews but this is deserved. Even my coworkers were surprised at how fast it was.
