  Great experience! The professionalism is astounding! Awhile back we had issues with our vehicle after leaving, they went above and beyond and had someone come meet us and fix the issue immediately, i was very pregnant during that time so that experience led us to keep wanting to come back. Very kind staff and very fast and efficient.

  Based on my long wait time, this is probably a generous rating. Not only was I in line for an hour or so, I waited for 20 minutes more, after my oil was changed, just to be cleared to leave the bay. All that and nobody checked my lights for proper operation. I understand they were short-staffed and even brought in a young lady from the Lloyd Center store. I feel badly for employers who are caught in the “I don’t feel like working” mood in our nation, but you asked for my review and I wouldn’t be doing you a favor by telling you it was a great experience.

  The line as a little long on a Monday night close to closing, but the staff checked in and gave me a fair estimate on the expected wait time. Jayden and Dalton took care of me and were both polite and professional. I was thanked multiple times and it was a good experience.

  I had my oil changed here, within 2 hours after my oil change my engine failed. The manager came to my house the next day and told me what he needed from my mechanic. I gave that requested information to him. Then he and his Boss changed the story and said I need an oil test. All the places I called said it makes no sense because the oil is contaminated now with metal. Engine has already failed. My car has never had any issues. I am demanding Valvoline to take care of this. They just lied about what they wanted and then ran away from this situation. Two weeks after my engine failed due to bad oil from Valvoline a friend of a friend had the same problem with a Valvoline in Vancouver Washington. I am asking Valvoline to make things right. I have taken all my cars here, and this time they messed up. The manager lied to me and is now running away from the situation instead of doing what is right and helping me. 0 accountability from Valvoline is unacceptable!!
