  I was gone coming in specifically for one thing than added extra things to get just to find out my coolant had a leak but I wouldnt have paid for the other services due to they tell you to pay at the end i didnt know so I paid for small things that totaled 350 but would've got done another time. So now I can't replace my coolant leak because I paid for unnecessary stuff at this moment visit. And wouldve canceled the other things.

  Spencer helped me out today. First off this location was kind when I showed up an hour before close which I appreciated despite the ports being full. Spencer offered any recommended services and was even printed me out a sheet for future reference. Experience felt authentic and professional.

  At the risk of sounding cliché, Darius and his team were like a well-oiled machine; quick and efficient. Darius was very generous with his time in answering various questions I had and related to me with a cool, patient, and amiable attitude. After a dodgy last experience with a long-time local mechanic, I can't tell you how relieved I am to have found a team of trustworthy mechanics.

  Every time I visit this establishment, they fail to figure out how to change my oil filter; they put in new oil without having removed the old filter. I asked them if everything was okay, and they replied, "Yes, we're just waiting for the person who changed your oil filter." I answered, "No one has changed it, because to do so, you have to access it through the engine." Please train your staff properly; it is very unsettling that these guys are working on cars without having any knowledge of engine diagrams.

  I made a mistake filling my car oil and went here for help. The staff were incredibly kind and did an excellent job identifying the correct path forward based on my car make and model. I ended up having to get a full oil change, which was quick and easy. They cleaned up all the oil mess I made under the hood of my car, they did a very thorough job. A very positive experience!
