  i always go to this location because they’re quick and reliable. i feel respected and not taken advantage of as a young lady who doesn’t know much about her own car. they always get the job done in a timely manner and recommend certain services as tune-ups to avoid a worse problems in the future. really appreciate the staff here for always taking care of me and my car.

  Vic and Elizabeth were so helpful and they went above and beyond to help my mom with her new to her Subaru. They were informative about all the services needed, and we were in and out.

  Overall, I had a fine experience, as I usually do when I have my oil changed here. The frustrating thing was on their website it showed the current wait time at this location was 0-10 minutes, however, when I arrived there were three cars ahead of me and by the time my oil change was complete I had been there for almost an hour and a half.

  I had a bunch of young people helping me out. Nate and Ariel are the two names I remember, but there were others. But they were all very professional and communicated well. You almost thought they loved their jobs. I appreciated them.

  I want to do a review on this company because of how nice they are. I did not have my oil changed here. I was coming out of church on Sunday. My car said that my tire was really very low. I was concerned about it so I just went two blocks down to Les Schwab. They were closed. Nextdoor was Valvoline instant oil and they were slammin’ busy. People were lined up waiting for an oil change. I pulled up to the front and I saw somebody that was by the side of the building and I could see he was probably on his break. I asked him if they had a way for me to check my tire or get some air in it. He said they had air at the back of the shop, but there was no way for me to get it because of all the people lined up. He said he’d look for a portable one. He came back and told me that they didn’t have a portable one, but his manager will get with me as soon as they could to see how they could help me. I waited and I saw a girl coming over from across the street. I asked her if she knew where the manager was. She said the manager was busy, but she was an assistant manager. She asked me what was wrong and I told her. She said if I could give her a minute, she could check and see how she could help. I waited and when she came back she said she had some air in front of the car that they were currently working on. She told me to pull up in front of the car. She checked all my tires and filled the one that was very low. Even though I didn’t have my oil changed there and I was not a customer these folks were so kind to help me with my tire when they were so busy. It’s not often you get this kind of “customer service”when you’re not even a customer. Every person I spoke to was very courteous, polite, and professional. I actually would’ve got my oil changed there, but I just had it done a week ago. I’m writing this so people know what kind of service you will get there. The next time you need an oil change check them out. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed based on the care and service that I got and judging by the long line I’m guessing it’s due to their genuine care and kindness. You will feel welcome and appreciated. Check them out and judge for yourself. I recommend this small business and I am looking forward to my next oil change.
