  They want all kinds of documents and extra steps if you use a debit card, on top of being snobby and having a lobby that smells like a perfume store. Don't waste your time when Enterprise is always professional and has good quality cars for a good deal, no issue with debit cards.

  Staff admitted they won’t cover the typical things rental car companies cover (flat tires, glass) if you don’t pay for their costly insurance. Scammy behavior!

  Had a great experience myself with the team come in and my car I picked had a flat got upgraded and everything went super smoothly during pick up and drop I’ll most definitely be a returning customer

  Great place to rent a car. We were on vacation and needed a car to explore the Oregon coast. Sixt came through with a great vehicle and their staff was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of places to rent a car, I would highly recommend Sixt.

  I honestly wouldn't even mind some of the egregious policies if the guy that was at the front desk didn't make me feel like every question I had was the dumbest thing he'd heard all day.. whoever does your customer service training should get a different job. I can usually excuse rudeness- maybe someone was having a hard day? But watching this man greet and help the gentleman before me with incredible pleasantries and then speak to me like the most annoying toddler he's ever met was honestly the worst interaction I've had with another person while staying in Portland. I wish I could say that I would give SIXT a second chance but I truly will not after the service I received. (Wish I had gotten his name but wanted to leave as soon as I could) Stay away, especially if you're staying from out of state.
