  Great overall experience at SIXT Rent a Car. Monica provided exceptional customer service. She was incredibly friendly and kind, and during the check-in process, she even shared a brief history of the company, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The car she selected for me was truly impressive. It was immaculate, both inside and out. If you’re seeking a convenient and affordable car rental in downtown Portland, this is the place to go.

  The car was fine - probably more expensive than necessary. I’ll never go here again because they harassed me non stop for days with emails, texts and calls. There was no way to block it or turn it off. There is literally ZERO customer support- NONE!!! The employees definitely do not care about customers or their experience. This place is BONKERS!!!

  DO NOT RENT HERE. I prepaid a reservation for an important trip only to be told at the counter that they won't accept my debit/credit card. I looked online before I rented and found no information that said I wouldn't be able to rent from them. When I called the company to get my money refunded I was transferred multiple times, then left on hold for 30+ minutes. They informed me that prepaid rentals don't get refunded usually. Calling the business location for a refund...they told me I had to wait until the manager approved it, then it will take up to 15 BUSINESS DAYS to get my money back. This place is a scam. Go somewhere reliable with actual customer service. Don't throw your money away like me. At no point in time was I able to talk to a human...finally got my refund processed via the chat feature. What a joke!!
