  Carmelo was great! He communicated with me via text several times to let me know when he'd arrive, did a great job with the replacement, and was super friendly the whole time. I had to wait 3 days for an appointment but that just shows how in demand they are I guess.

  The Safelite crew did it again! Amazing work, super friendly service. My rear window was completely smashed—there was glass everywhere in the back of my SUV. They put in new glass that looks factory fresh and cleaned out the vehicle so it looked better than before.

  Trevor was my service tech. He was prompt and very good at communicating with me through the entire process. I appreciated his positive attitude, down to earth personable way of connecting and the quality and pace of his work was spot on. Thanks Trevor!

  The service tech at the dealership recommended I go through my insurance to fix a chipped windshield, because many of them will do it for free. Mine did, which was nice, but TBH the repair wasn't that expensive anyway. I also was able to get the work approved from Safelite website, with zero hassle, so that was nice. I chose at scheduling to fix the chip and nothing else. On this trip, I wasn't pressured into adding anything else. That was VERY nice. Thanks, guys!

  Had previously gone to the Clackamas safelite where I was treated like a human and not a number, however I recently got my window replaced at this location and every question I asked the girl upfront answered with "we're too busy for that" could only do an all day appointment, when I picked up my car my seat was still covered in glass, there was glass on my dash - I'm still picking glass out of my car-two weeks later. This is definitely not the same experience I had in Clackamas. From now on I'll make the drive to the other location.
