They get the job done and have been able to get me in with in a day or two of my window getting broken.

Communication sucks. I wasted my Saturday sitting around the house waiting for them, 12-5pm they said would be the time frame. Someone said that a technician would call me when they are on their way, never happened. 45 minutes after the time frame was given I had to contact them and they told me nobody was coming. I’m reasonable, a courtesy call would’ve gone a long way. I feel disrespected and will never consider using them.

Andrew with Safelite is a true-professional and overall, high-character human!
Andrew came out to help my girlfriend with a windshield repair on her Range Rover, and his professionalism left a lasting impression. In today’s world, basic customer service is often considered good enough, and it’s becoming increasingly rare to find someone willing to go above and beyond. Andrew did exactly that.
He didn’t have to take the extra time to explain that the front windows are designed not to shatter in the event of an accident, but he did. More importantly, he went on to explain that the rear windows would likely be the escape route in an emergency and discussed how she could prepare for that situation.
What may have seemed like a simple conversation to Andrew meant a great deal to us. With what I do for a living, I strongly believe that preparation and safety matter, and the information he shared could genuinely make a difference in an emergency. I’m grateful that he took the time to educate her and, in turn, me as well.
Andrew’s willingness to provide that extra level of care, concern, and education is something you simply don’t see often anymore. He turned a routine service appointment into an opportunity to make my family safer, and that’s worth recognizing.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. Safelite sucks!!! I had a technician come to the house on the 11th. Unfortunately, he was not able to replace my windshield due to the fact that I was not able to get the convertible opened up on the Z (I will take the hit for that). I rescheduled two days later to find a no-call, no-show. I called Saturday morning, and they told me they couldn't replace the windshield because it was too complex. Joke's on them!!! Called MS Auto Glass, put a $25.00 deposit down for them to order a front windshield. Arrived today, and they had the old window out and a new one in within two hours. Ms Auto Glass to the rescue. Will never use Safelite.
needed a windshield in my 15 grand cherokee. set up an appointment. no big deal. appointment time came (8am-12pm), no tech. called them and apparently they canceled my appointment. no notification. i paid for the windshield out of pocket already. set up a new appointment for 6/15, 8am to 12pm. again, no tech. got a text at 11:41am that says that there was a tech that called in so they canceled my appointment AGAIN! canceled twice! you figure they would have let me know this at 8:00am, but no. they don't care about you. anyone who i talked to was rude. nobody cares about customer service in this company. completely ridiculous. if i get pulled over for a crack in my windshield, i'm sending them the ticket. i should have had my windshield fixed a week and a half ago.
