- LLLisa LunaMay 10, 20265.0I can’t write enough praise here to match the level of technical and customer service that Darrell, Trevor, and Todd have treated me to over the decades I have been bringing cars to Precision - 3 Subarus and an old VW van. They guided me through any time when the needed repairs exceeded my budget: given me an honest sense of how I could space out repairs, where & when I could use rebuilt components to save some $, and what the risk/consequences might be. As a single non-car-oriented woman, I was initially worried about being taken advantage of, just like everywhere else, but this shop stands out from all the others. They are completely fair, very experienced and very good at what they do, on-target with their estimates (both for total bill and for how long their work will take), super reliable and trustworthy, and interested only in doing great work for their customers so they can continue doing great work for their customers. Trevor and Darrell feel like extended family members and I am grateful to have peace of mind when it comes to a dependable service team for the car. I *always* recommend Precision Motor Car to friends (with Subarus, Audis, and/or VWs) because I know they will be happy with the outcome.
