Yesterday my son and I would have given this place 1 star, if any. It's a tough job, I know it is, on the go the whole time your there, but Les Schwabs number one rule is safety and number two, respect. Those boys there had none, but especially the manager Ryan, that guys a joke, he literally tried to poke my son and I's eyes out, for 1 tire, an alignment before that tire when I hit a pothole and it threw my car out of alignment, I took it in, and they tried to sell me new tires, say it was my leaky airbag, they did and said everything but fix my problem, and they were rude about it, the only time they were nice was when Ryan said he was gonna give me a deal, so at the end I shook his hand and said thank you, unaware of how much I was being charged because my son and I were in a hurry installing a floor. But when I said thank you to Ryan, he got up and shook my hand and said "no, thank you for your communication". So, I figured this vato hooked me up when he got up and shook my hand, I he hooked me up all right, hook, line, and sinker! So,y son and I went to Double J's and purchased 4 use tires because it was still pulling to the right, so, after Double J's mounted my tires, it still had a slight pull, not as much, but still worrisome, so I called Les Schwabs back and asked for Ryan, but he wasn't in, so David answered the phone, the assistant manager, God bless you and your family David. He told me he could refund me $119 for the first time Ryan charged me, or I could bring my truck in and he would do the balance for free. So, I took my vehicle to get the balance done for free. When I picked it up it was 3 or 4 times worse, and they had closed when I picked it up, it was so dangerously bad, I'm glad my 19 year old son did t drive it home, but before I took it home, David told me, "I'm going to refund you $119 back because my guys said it's still pulling to the right". Not expecting it to be 3 or 4 times worse, so I called them first thing in the morning when they opened up, he said " I'm sorry, I totally understand, bring it in and I'll take care of it". He called me back, handed me the keys, and said "come on, let's go for a ride", and my problem was fixed, no charge! You saved me as a customer, David, and I told you I was going to give you 5 stars, gracias David, that Les Schwabs ain't shit without you, they should fire Ryan and make you Manager.
