- NJNaomi JonesMay 4, 20262.0Not surprising they were super concerned about making more money when I came in for an oil change. Surprising part was they didn't put back my glovebox properly and dumped a bunch of things onto the floor and left it. Then after I drive away several lights came on in my dash and my cruise control doesn't work now. Not sure what they did and if I trust them to even fix it. Update- the air intake hose was disconnected when they checked my air filter. Error lights are still on in the dash & my cruise control still isn't working, but my mechanic will double check if Jiffy Lube messed anything else up. 2nd update- a day after plugging back in my air intake hose the error messages went away and my cruise control is back. Still having my regular mechanic look things over because I have zero plans of ever going to a Jiffy Lube again. Sloppy work that could cost damage to my car, so not worth it!!!

Always a fast experience, I never feel pressured to add on services. They also do a great job on my speciality vehicle to let me know & physically show me anything “off” on the suspension & other components — even though they know it’s not their sale to win & I will take it to a Jeep shop for that specific work. Just good people looking out & I think that’s worth mentioning because JL’s national brand presence has a different kind of reputation. This location just feels like a local spot where your neighbors work.
