I took my 2011 outback in with a significant oil leak problem. It’s the only car my husband and I own so I was hoping it would not take long to fix.
Not only did the team diagnose and fix the issue in about a day, they fixed two other issues that my husband and I had ignored.
They were extremely communicative with me and seemed genuinely interested in making our 15 year old car right again.
I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Bald dude at counter said they wont do head gasket on a 3rd gen prius. All i need is a egr cleaned at this moment said last week they would do it now saying they dont clean parts.
Tried to charge me 900 to replace spark plugs and fluids then they forgot to plug my alternator back in.... Idiots.
Don’t bring your car here if you care about it. A few days ago, after seeing their ratings, some great reviews, and speaking with them, I had my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek towed to their shop, I told them the oil light came on, the oil dipstick had the oil level 2-3 times the full level, and the oil smelled like gasoline. I also told them my mechanic brother thought it was due to the high pressure fuel pump leaking into the crankcase. There is a published fuel injector/fuel system TSB bulletin on the 2021 Crosstrek they could have found if they looked. Instead, they had my car 24 hours, said there was nothing wrong with it, refused to even do an oil change, said I could take it someplace else for a second opinion, and charged me $105. I begged them to please look into it before releasing it and advising me to drive it and they kept assuring me it was perfectly fine. Against my better judgement I listened to them and drove it 2 hours home. The next day it wouldn’t accelerate, with racing rpms, then when I checked it had the super high oil level that smells like gasoline. They may have caused further damage to my $20,000 vehicle by not properly investigating, diagnosing, and advising as any legitimate mechanic would do. I will find out the extent of the problem when I have it towed to my mechanic here tomorrow.

I had gotten the diagnostic code and part for my Honda Accord's faulty transmission switch so I could replace it myself, only to find that I did not own the correct size of long socket and honestly, at that point, the wind left my sails since my work week starts tomorrow and so I decided to start calling dedicated Honda/Japanese import shops to see if any of them would A) accept the diagnostic code I had separately gotten and B) just install the unopened part I'd gotten from AutoZone and just charge me for the shop time. To my surprise and delight, Japanese Auto Repair, the very first place I called, was willing to do just that, and within the same hour as my call, no less. From the time I arrived to the time I shook hands with Francis and said goodbye and thank you, my car was in their shop for about an hour on the nose. Hell yeah. Can't describe how elated I am about the whole thing. Now I just need to get my own 22mm long socket so I can do the other switches, since now I can tell the difference between the new one and the rest of them while driving and it's grinding my gears (;
Pun absolutely intended.
