Brought my car in for oil and alignment. After an unforeseen issue, they were communicative and made it a priority to get parts in time. They were willing to work with me on price and were able to give me a loaner vehicle for the day free of charge. Going to the mechanic can be stressful and it’s hard to feel like you’re not getting up charged but they explained everything clearly and even showed me the issues in the shop.

At the onset of a roadtrip, car needed to be towed. Fortunately, it was brought to Gills Point S Tire & Auto. They offer fantastic service, a great attitude, and over delivered in every way!

I was welcomed to a great group of guys who you could tell didn’t hate their jobs. I was worried about waiting days since it was friday and these places usually close on the weekends, but they got around to fixing my wheel bearing in just a couple of hours. I hope to never find myself in car trouble around portland for the rest of my life, but if i do then i’d go straight back to this place.

Saved me a bunch of money on an oil change and a Potential transmission flush which they were able to use their database to tell me had already been done just before I purchased the vehicle so thankful for this epic Shop.

Needed a quick air fill and quote for tire replacements and was in and out with both in around 10 minutes! Big shout out to Josh for his friendly and expert service and advice! Thank you!
