  The guys at Gills Point S put me on their schedule as a walk in and got my oil changed (including a rush ordered part) in under an hour. Big fan of this crew. I’ll definitely use them in the future.

  I called to ask about getting a quote for the work I needed done on my car. I spoke with Ernest, and I felt that he was patient with me and honest. When I asked questions, he taught me instead of laughing me off for not knowing. I got a quote that I liked, so I made an appointment. My brakes needed to be inspected because I know my brake pads were getting low, and I also needed a work up done for my AC system to see what was wrong with it. When I dropped my car off, I expressed that I had a budget I needed to stick too and they were respectful of that. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning, and it was done by early afternoon. The customer service I experienced was excellent, I actually learned some things about my car, the price was reasonable, and it was done quickly. I’d recommend at least chatting with them about the work you need done.

  Solid guys. Trust em with my life, literally. My car had a weird shake when braking... they let me know that my rotors were crispy... I thought it was a turning situation or my brakes needed changing. Nope. Somehow I fried em. Still, they did everything in their power to save me as much money as possible and still take care of my safety in said car. They are stuck with me as a customer for life.

  Included a before and after photo. I had a pretty great spectacular experience w/ the owner and employees at this location. I As a Lyft driver renting a car and paying for extensive insurance I was hopeful roadside would have been a bit better. They recommended I limp it to the closest “in-network” tire place that was less than a mile away. This ended up being a dangerous situation but I managed it. When I arrived it turns out that they were no longer contracted with Lyft for very understanding business reasons. Regardless of this, the owner genuinely cared; he took time at the end of his day to keep business flowing but also to get stuff done fast. instead of having to tow it he was able to get a temp tire on it from tires he had leftover from other cars that split there. He did this out of the kindness of his heart and did not request payment. He truly just wanted to help me out, and it means a lot. I’m car shopping now And no matter how far he is from where I get the car I am definitely going to use him for app my auto needs.when I do find a car, I am definitely going to go ahead and bring it in for a pre-purchase inspection. Thank you to all of the employees who turned a very stressful situation into a peaceful mind. Have a great week and stay cool.💛😎 🌞🩵
