  The entire auto service industry should fear Gill’s Point-S. Not only do they have top skills, and are super quick to complete repairs, their customer service is tops, and is allowing them to eat everyone else’s lunch! Tell everyone you know- take your vehicles here.

  I have a blue Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, and I came in with a nail in my rear passenger-side tire. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the entire team at Gills Point S Tire & Auto Service in Raleigh Hills for the amazing customer service I received. They fixed my tire very quickly and, to my surprise, did not charge me anything for the repair! Everyone there was extremely friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. While I was waiting for my vehicle, they even offered me bottled water from the refrigerator in the waiting room. It was a small gesture, but it really made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I was very impressed with how quickly they took care of my tire and with how professional and hospitable everyone was. It’s refreshing to find a business that treats people with kindness and goes out of their way to help. Because of this experience, I will definitely be bringing my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport back to Gills Point S for future oil changes and other maintenance and repairs. And when the time comes for me to replace my tires, I will be getting my new tires from you as well. Thank you again to the entire team at Gills Point S for taking such good care of me and my vehicle. I truly appreciate it, and I will definitely recommend you to my family, friends, and anyone who needs tire or auto service. Excellent service, wonderful people, and a great experience!
