  Great experience coming in thinking we needed new tires. We were told that it was a minor leak and that the tires still had plenty of life on them and purchasing new tires won’t be necessary. We were taken care of and treated well especially with not being sold the idea that we needed to buy a new set!

  I have taken 3 different vehicles to gills point s st John's over the years and have had a great experience each time. This week was no different- Jeremy and Adam and the team are kind, thorough and always do a great job eliminating unnecessary work and costs. Unlike other shops, they're never trying to upsell. Their communication is timely and clear. I highly highly recommend! 5 stars!

  The car made horrible noise when going over a bump or applying the brakes. They could have billed me for almost anything. After their inspection the problem was isolated to a displaced splash shield. They reattached the splash shield and discounted the diagnostic charge. I am highly satisfied with the work they did.

  Adam was great and extremely helpful. I brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation and he mentioned he had owned a car like mine and i was having trouble getting the spare to lower. He was happy to show me how to engage the tool to lower the spare tire as its kind of a wonky deal! So helpful 🙂

  I had a very positive experience with the team at St. Johns Gills Point S Tire & Auto. They have serviced my vehicle on two occasions, and each time I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. During my most recent visit, some unexpected complications arose with my vehicle. Throughout the process, Adam and the team took my concerns, needs, and requests seriously, communicated clearly, and worked diligently to take good care of my car. Their commitment to customer care, accountability, and follow-through left a lasting impression. What stood out most was the level of respect and patience I was shown throughout the experience. As someone who is not especially knowledgeable about automotive systems, I greatly appreciated being listened to, treated thoughtfully, and included in the process without feeling dismissed or talked down to. That kind of professionalism and customer service is invaluable. I have a great deal of respect for the way this team approaches both their work and their customers, and I am very grateful to Adam for orchestrating this process smoothly. They demonstrated integrity, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to high quality work. Because of that, I will confidently continue bringing my vehicle here and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
