- AOAshley OlesSep 29, 20265.0Been coming here for 13 years, and I don’t think I’ll ever take my cars anywhere else.
- CDClint DumasSep 17, 20265.0Absolutely the best service I’ve been blessed to have. If you’re deciding where to go, give this place a shot. They are top notch professionals!! Thank you Thank you
- LMLisabeth MillerSep 16, 20265.0It’s not always easy finding someone you can trust to take care of your auto. Adam is the best! He’s always really friendly and helpful and takes care of all my auto needs. He actually saved me last week telling me to come by as my oil change was scheduled late due to busy life. It was really low and I’m glad I stopped for him to check it. I really love S point and feel confident with Adam and the team taking care of my auto needs.
- CSC SchutzSep 16, 20265.0Random day and trip to the store resulting in a flat tire. Threw on the spare and headed to Gills Point S on Lombard the next day. Friendly service and quick turn around to get replacement tire mounted. If it wasn’t for tire insurance it would have been a $300+ trip vs $59.
- WBWes BorgSep 7, 20265.0The team running this facility is awesome! They helped me out with an urgently required service for my 2025 KIA Niro HEV. After an oil change somewhere else (at the dealership!), my oil drain plug wasn't reinstalled correctly, and the oil leaked out. I was able to get it to their shop by using EV mode + coasting. They managed to squeeze me in between appointments, had everything diagnosed, fixed, and had me back on the road in less than an hour. They even had the required synthetic oil on-hand and I paid less than I was expecting! Everyone was courteous and pleasant, and they explained everything clearly. Their lobby is small, but clean & tidy, if you want to wait there while they work (but there's also a food cart pod right across the street 😃). I've been trusting this shop with various vehicles over the last 20 years and have yet to be disappointed. (Honestly, I should have posted this review a long time ago!)
