These guys may have been a different story but the short is lack of attention to customer and not sure how that translates to the work done. Only time will tell. We'll give another try when we need it next to see.

He was very sweet to take off the damaged tire and put on the spare (called a pug, in Canada). Anyway, that’s how I came to your tire shop. The customer service there is so good! Such nice people.
